Rocket Base DESCRIPTION -The sort of base you'd see Ernst Stavro Blofeld residing in - extremely high-tech, multi-floored, and possessing many subterranean levels. It can house up to five thousand Rocket grunts with ease. However, due to the explosions caused by master thief LeMarc, coupled with avalanche damage and discovery, Team Rocket has relocated, leaving this Base stripped bare and unrepaired, open to the elements. LOCATION -The northern side of Mt Silver. Very well hidden and camouflaged - unless you know how to get there, you probably won't find it. PEOPLE -Team Rocket members of all classes are wandering around and living here. It is the base to end all bases, and so, you might even run into members of the Isshu, Sinnoh or Hoenn branches of Team Rockt. Most aren't the nicest of people, except perhaps to other Rockets - maybe. The leader, Giovanni, is often found here, though he has numerous safe houses situated throughout the world. RESOURCES/EVENTS/PLACES OF INTEREST -Generator Room- A room that, for lack of a better word, generates the power for the entire base. A large assortment of Electric-type Pokemon reside in this room. Science Labs- Laboratories used by the Team Rocket scientists to perform experiments of all shapes and sizes. Sleeping- Sleeping quarters are furnished with relatively comfortable bunk beds or single beds for anyone who is living on base at time. We care about our staff. Meeting Room- Large rooms for large gatherings. Plotting and planning goes on here, though most high-level decisions are made in Giovanni's office. Training Rooms - Rooms with equipment of all types are ready and waiting for Rockets to train their Pokemon. MYTH/LORE -To extend our reach to the stars above?

HERZ ITRANIA ~Team Rocket never hurt anyone, so long as they didn't interfere...~Herz had spent a few hours at the Ruins of Alph training. Then his phone rang. He smirked answering it. Apparently the plans were working well. Objectives one and two in Hoenn were complete. The objects were back at base now. A private helicopter was on its way to pick him up. He returned his Pokemon to their Pokeballs. He went outside the ruins just as the small helicopter landed. Herz climbed aboard and they were in the sky.
A while later Mt Silver was in sight. They were on the Northern slope of the mountain. A small landing pad was built into the side of the mountain to look like a natural land formation. As they landed a few Grunts came out to meet Herz. They had a haunted look to them. "I take it something happened?" he asked frowning. The grunt nodded. "Sir the two are not following orders and are going out of control in the labs." the grunt reported, clearly afraid of something. Herz followed the two Grunts inside the Base. As they walked through numerous halls and small rooms Herz was thinking about the events that had happened. As they entered the lab there was a loud roaring followed by frantic splashing. Herz turned the corner as the two grunts refused to go further.
There was a tank of water and in it was a large blue Pokemon. Herz grinned before seeing the second Pokemon. Large and red. Groudon and Kyogre. Each a prize on its own but they had gotten both. The two were very good additions to Team Rocket, after all they were legendary. Herz walked over to the scientists who were monitoring the legends. "So you finally found them?" he asked calmly despite the legendary Pokemon causing noise. The man nodded frowning. "Send for Lillian. I believe she may like to be part of this." he said recalling the girl and her Nidoking. Herz walked over to the tank of water and was watching Kyogre. Things were going smoothly, despite the contest mishap. He hopped that would give people a false sense of security while he worked in secret on his plans. “He who does not punish evil commands it to be done.” KnightDredgeFernPrince ((bleh post is bleh))

It didn't take the Rockets long to find and locate Lillian. As a matter of fact, she was busy training Nero and her other pokemon inside the battle simulation room against very high leveled opponents, and doing rather well. Lillian didn't have anyone to really call a friend, other than her pokemon, and so, she spent time with them in the only way she knew how, training and getting stronger. When the grunts sent to fetch her found her, she was in the middle of a rather strenuous battle with Nero fighting against three other pokemon. A sandslash, a kadabra, and a dragonair all were doing their best to beat Nero. Ice beams, earthquakes, and psychic blasts pounded the Nidoking, but still, he found a way to fight back. The simulation was halted and soon, Lillian found herself walking back to the lab to find Herz waiting for her. She stood at a loose attention, her face virtually emotionless and serious as ever. I hear I have been summoned, Sir. To what do I owe this honor of your presence?
She may have been cold and detached, but disrespectful she was not.

HERZ ITRANIA ~Team Rocket never hurt anyone, so long as they didn't interfere...~Herz looked up from reading a few papers on a clipboard as he heard the female voice and foot steps approaching. A broad smile spread along his face. His delicate and pale features seemed rather excited, but reserved at the same time. "Ah good. They found you." he greeted her calmly. He set the clipboard on a nearby table. "I've been looking at your files. And it seems your long over due for some advancement." he said glancing at her with his green gray eyes. "After seeing you in action myself twice I agree that you should have more weight in our workings. And the pay isn't bad either." he added that simply for the reason most Rockets were in it for the payment. "There would be, if you accept the promotion, something I would like you to under take...Something rather important." he said waiting for her decision. He could understand if someone didn't take a promotion, but he couldn't see why anyone wouldn't. One of the scientists was looking between the two of them. Having been informed of what would happen he was told to keep quiet. Though the two master balls were sitting on his desk in a case. Herz glared daggers at the hovering scientist causing the man to back off. He then removed his black gloves and slid them into his pockets. Finding someone to take a legendary Pokemon would be easy, having them use it correctly not so much. “He who does not punish evil commands it to be done.” KnightDredgeFernPrince

Lillian Koumou "You haven't realized that you've already lost..." Lillian allowed for a small smile to cross her face. A promotion? After so many years, it seems that the powers that be had finally decided that she was ready for the big leagues. She'd set out many years ago to separate herself from the herd of grunts and imbeciles that were defeated by numerous children, and to make herself respected and feared, and now, all of her hard work, training, and determination had finally paid off. She was going to become an Admin. Sir, I would be honored to accept a promotion. And I can assure you that any task you give me will be carried out to the fullest of my capabilities. Lillian pulled herself into an attentive pose and did her best to look official. She hoped that her glorious leader wasn't simply pulling her leg...

HERZ ITRANIA ~Team Rocket never hurt anyone, so long as they didn't interfere...~Herz watched her reaction and smiled himself, but only slightly. "Good. Good." he nodded slightly. Yes she would do nicely. "I'm glad your happy about the promotion." he said before turning. "Now your mission is one that will probably be difficult. Come with me." he said and began walking further into the lab.
He stopped in front of the tank and cage which contained the two legendary Pokemon. He turned to look at Lillian with a wicked grin. "You see my dear this is what Team Rocket is truly capable of! Bringing legendary Pokemon to obey us." Herz laughed. He enjoyed putting on a show for the Grunts and Scientists hanging around. And it seemed to work well enough. "My dear Lillian I need someone to help me. Someone who will be able to bring out its power. I believe you can do just that with Groudon." he spoke in soft whispers as if it was a secret. "The Masterball used to catch it is on the desk over there." he gestured to the desk. "I will be keeping Kyogre of course, but it will take time I'm sure to get them to obey orders completely... But then... Then we will be unstoppable..." Herz was smirking now. “He who does not punish evil commands it to be done.” KnightDredgeFernPrince

Lillian Koumou "You haven't realized that you've already lost..." Lillian's green eyes widened at the sight of the two Hoenn legendary Pokemon. They were two of the three pokemon known as the "Weather Trio." The only one missing at this point was Rayquaza, the master of the other two. She'd heard stories, watched television specials on the ancient pokemon from days long since passed, but she never in a thousand years believed that she would get to see them for herself. The sheer size of them was what caused her the most shock. That was, until Herz mentioned to her his plan of using them, and that he wanted Lillian to command Groudon. This was the chance of a lifetime, and she knew it. She immediately understood that people would get hurt by this. People might even die because of this. Hell, with this kind of power, people were SURE to die from this. But what did she care? No one had ever shown her any care or compassion other than her pokemon. Her parents treated her like an outcast, a thing to play with or dote upon only when it stuck their fancy. Only they showed her kindness, love, and devotion in any way shape or form. Team Rocket had been the only place she could fit in or find any kind of respect. And now, she'd make everyone show her the respect she deserved, that she'd fought so hard for, and if they couldn't respect her, then being feared would have to do. Sir, I will fight with everything I have to make the world show Team Rocket the respect they deserve, and that we aren't simply the laughing stock they seem to think we are. I will not allow myself to be defeated by the likes of mere children. I will follow through with this plan, no matter the cost. If Herz was watching, he'd notice that her features were dead set, and that her eyes were dangerous and cold as ever. She knew exactly what this would entail, and even with that knowledge, she planned to follow his orders... It would likely be a chilling feeling.

Amari stood at the bosses door in silence after knocking. It sounded as though there were someone in there. As an admin she was required to report anything unusual or strange directly to the boss. And this new situation she had heard had her miffed. Well as much as possible for a rumor anyway. She plastered her normal board look on her face.

HERZ ITRANIA ~Team Rocket never hurt anyone, so long as they didn't interfere...~Herz was watching. Analyzing Lillian's body language. This was truly a test. Not only of her but of the effect. He knew people didn't really take Team Rocket seriously. He knew what people said of the team now. A joke, being beaten by children because a few grunts were to weak, or some other reasons. But this was something. No one would dare to say anything condescending about Team Rocket once they showed their force. He heard he speaking then and looked at her in an almost detached way. Once more a grin spread across his face. "Good. I knew you would understand and that is why I picked you for this task." he said calmly. He was glad to see her willing to do what it takes.
He went over to the table and plucked one of the Masterballs from the desk. He tossed it up and down a few times with a chuckle. He caught it once more and then strolled back to his newly appointed Admin. He held out the Masterball. "Here is Groudon's Masterball. It is up to as of now on how you go about training it." he stated before hearing a knocking. He blinked. Had he been expecting someone? One of the scientists opened the door to reveal one of the other Admins of Team rocket. Amari. He stance changed right away to more straight and formal. ''Amari. And what brings you down here?" he asked her arching a brow. He was being formal and slightly colder with her. He did not realize that the Admin had been in the base. The last he had heard all were out carrying out minor missions. “He who does not punish evil commands it to be done.” KnightDredgeFernPrince

She strolled in and stood facing her newly appointed boss. Amari was careful about keeping a neutral expression plastered on her face. "Lately I've been hearing rumors....strange ones." her stance was stiff and she tried to match her tone with his. "One of our grunts confirmed Professor Oak of Pallet receiving some strange package. While it could be nothing I would like your permission to infiltrate his lab." Having been with Team Rocket for the past four years Amari felt somewhat confident. "Even if it winds up as nothing I'm sure there may be something of value contained in that hi tech lab of his." she suddenly smirked.

HERZ ITRANIA ~Team Rocket never hurt anyone, so long as they didn't interfere...~Herz listened to her reports and idea of infiltrating Oak's lab. While he was unsure of this package he was slightly curious now. He glanced at Lillian then back at Amari. "Very well. If you feel there is something to be gained then by all means go ahead with infiltration." he said giving the proverbial thumbs up to her plan. He frowned slightly he would probably be busy for a while taming the legendary anyway. "And if you require any grunts for backup or whatever you may take as many as necessary, just don't over due it. After all if we get a worse reputation I may not be able to find more recruits." he said almost joking but there was truth to that. If word got round Team Rocket had so many members in one place then failed it would really dent their reputation further. Unacceptable. Though with his Admins Herz had plenty of confidence in their skills. “He who does not punish evil commands it to be done.” KnightDredgeFernPrince

"Of course." Amari smirked and turned to leave, before glancing back. "My loyalties are to Team Rocket alone....I will not speak of what I heard." With that she walked out, never saying exactly what it was she heard. She figured it would be completely obvious. And for this mission she needed no one but herself and her ditto, she rolled it's pokeball in her hand as she shut the door.

HERZ ITRANIA ~Team Rocket never hurt anyone, so long as they didn't interfere...~Herz looked at the two legendary Pokemon. They were caught in human made technology. Just how legendary can something be? They were only missing the one. He smirked. "Alright. You are dismissed. You can take Groudon and train with it. Get used to using it, and keeping it under your control. I don't want the fact we have even one making the news or rumors." he said dismissing Lillian. For now he would sit back and see what effect their absence would have, in Hoenn and in Johto. Weather was sure to be changing. He picked up the second Masterball. He returned the water beast to the Masterball. He looked at a scientist and grinned wickedly. "Keep me up to date about what we talked about." he said before looking at some more papers. Some flying Pokemon were in training by the grunts. He would have to liberate one from them. After all Team Rocket Pokemon did belong to the boss, at least in his mind. He considered something like a Pidgy just to fly, but then considered the sight of himself on such a tiny bird. Fail. "And don't worry my dear I'll be doing the same with Kyogre." “He who does not punish evil commands it to be done.” KnightDredgeFernPrince

Amy Tyler & Dervish Crown "We're Team Rocket - in your face!" While in the past, Team Rocket had fielded several operations at once, so that at least one had a chance to go through, this was no longer the case thanks to the enormity of the Hoenn legendary plan - as Dervish and Amy, fresh from a successful day's thieving and battling, would soon find. They entered one of the base's many labs, double doors swinging closed as they looked around the seemingly empty lab in confusion. Their 'team leader', who gave them their assignments and supplies, seemed to be nowhere to be found - until he appeared suddenly behind them, clapping both of them on the shoulder in what was probably supposed to be a welcoming gesture. Dr. Drake, one of the stranger people Team Rocket had on staff, but he knew his job, and he knew it well. "Well, helllloooo there! Nice job in the National Park, yes yes, very nice job - SHUT UP!" The duo looked at each other, eyes wide, at the doctor's random shout, and the man looked positively livid for a moment before snapping back to cordiality. "You were going to talk, weren't you? Yes, good job . . . Pinsir, very good Pokemon, strong, strong, yes . . . I imagine the grunts are going to be happy to have such aggressive Pokemon . . . DUSCLOPS! FETCH!" The two winced - sometimes they swore Drake had some kind of disorder the way he swapped shouting for nicety and back again on a millisecond's basis. He smiled maniacally at them, as his long-suffering Dusclops lab assistant went off to retrieve whatever it was Drake wanted. "Guess what Iiiii got you." His sing-song tone made them hesitant to reply. ". . . Our paycheck?" Drake's mood flipped again. "MONEY! What can you do with money, eh, IT'S PAPER! PAPER GIVES YOU PAPER CUTS! DO YOU WANT PAPER CUTS?! And it's in your accounts, so no." Dervish was the one to try this time, though his suggestion was far less serious. ". . . Painkillers?" Drake frowned at them, but didn't encourage them to try again as his Dusclops floated over, bearing two Poke Balls - Dervish and Amy's interest was peaked, to say the least. "Iiiii got you new Pokemon! And they're ones you needed, so nyah." He handed them the Poke Balls with all the finesse of an epileptic zombie before stalking off once more, leaving Dervish and Amy with the Balls in their hands and looking at each other, shaking their heads. "You go first?" Dervish pressed the release button, the red energy eventually turning into a Sneasel, all sharp claws and dark fur. The Sneasel looked at him curiously, probably having been caught just a day or two ago and not too sure of what was going on, and Dervish all but hugged the Pokemon. "SNEASEL! Oh my Arceus you're gorgeous . . ." While he glomped the poor Sneasel, Amy released her own. This time the Pokemon was far smaller, and far lighter in color. "Piplup!" The sound of Amy squeeing could be heard throughout the base.
