This vote will be of the regular type.
Simply list those you want on the council, in order 1-5, one being first chair fifth being fifth chair. For each chair assigned their is a number of corrosponding points. To be first on a persons list, nets five points, to be fifth, nets one point. You may only list one comrade, who will receive five points. Or only a few comrades..
