I'll be embarking on two in-guild projects, meant for the benefit of the League.

The first is a thread listing all League Technology. League-issued equipment, League vehicles, League coffee mugs... (Wait... IRL Possibility?? FEEDBACK PLZ!) It would list it, describe it, and, when possible, provide a picture of it. It would be continuously updating, and would take a long time to compile and organize everything. So, I'd like assistance. Any volunteers, post or PM me, and I'll find you a job. This will be a payed thingus. (...Spellcheck recognizes "thingus?" WTF!?)



The Second is a number of threads in the Barton Town Forums. They would be Roleplays. Some would be intertwined, some would be separate, some would be massive, some would be insignificant. The purpose would be to get the word out about us.

Some would have an actual plot, in which actual combat would take place. You could use your characters, your weapons, your tactics, but also league weapons, and league tactics, and follow orders. One example would be the Escort Mission RP in Barton Town. Some could be intertwined, though, like the various threads were in the Revres RP. Something that happens in one thread affects the other, and members can cross in and out.

Others would be like Tavern RPs. Nothing really happens, people just talk. It would kinda be like an interview. The way it would go, is one person would post a little bit about the tavern, their thoughts, and talk about something, working the league in as a subtopic. Someone else would have their character pick up on it, and begin a conversation about it. We'd purposely ask questions we already know the answer to, but have the characters NOT know. Have them talk casually, and make it obvious that anyone else is free to jump in and ask something. It's advertising that doesn't quite look like advertising, and also acts as a Q&A thread.



Finally, the third project, which I actually want feedback on before I begin: Assimilation of Similar Guilds. Getting them to join us for mutual benefit. We gain more members (significantly) and they join an organized, friendly group that gets them paid to Roleplay, that has the drive and the set up to grow big.

However, this is kinda sketchy by nature, so I need to clear it with you guys. If we go ahead with it, all those involved would reach out to guilds of Roleplayers, merc's or not, and relay the benefits of joining us. You'd use whatever persuasive skills you may have at your disposal, and would simply do your best.

SUCCESS WOULD BE MINIMAL. You'd likely get turned away many times, or just have your post deleted. You could get flamed, banned from their guild, or just plain ignored. But, any victory would be a significant boost in members, depending on the guild, many of whom would have an increased chance of being active, because they'd have buddies in the guild.



As well, I'm considering a new Recruiting campaign, before all of this, so as to boost numbers of those involved in the aforementioned projects.

I need you guys' feedback on these ideas. I can't do anything big alone, and we're a team. So. Discuss.

Likely the first two would see the highest success rate. Third one, however, can work in our favour. It has happened before, and with the right application of wheedling and persuasion, it may work.

Mwahahaha~ I like all of the ideas, my liege. Should my overly social nature be of service, feel free to boss me around for a while.

Seriously, though, like I said, the third Idea is rather sketchy. As far as Bad Seeds from the other guild go, that's why we've got six crew members who are regularly active. Our job is to keep everything in order. You guys just need to Merc it up.

Regardless, We're gonna need significant numbers to pull this off. And remember, we still have the Tournament to run. This is why we're gonna need to do some Serious recruiting, in a Serious campaign.

Recent Campaigns have fallen WAAAAAY short, due to low participation. We need to fix that.

I WILL start up another campaign. It's not just going to be another "Volunteer if you feel like it and have the time" shindig. It's going to be a "Let's set this up, plan it out well, and really get at it" thing.

That in mind, I need to know WHEN you're all going to be available, in terms of Days, Weeks, maybe Months. We need to set this up, we need to organize this, we need to kick some arse. So, if you're the SLIGHTEST bit interested, post when you'd be available.

I'm also considering adding in a prize for whoever does the best.

When I say "Big Campaign," I mean Over the course of the next, say, 3-4 months.

Thus, when I ask about availability, I'm talking over the next 3-4 months. Cuz many of us are in school, and school's getting out soon. Others, however, have other plans, which could take place when the school kids get out. Thus, massive spread, so that, hopefully, every can participate.

I'm usually on at least once a day for about an hour. Usually less time to get on on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And so far my summer is pretty wide open, but that will probably change because I really need a job.

i volenteer for the first and third mainly because i can organise stuff and i am relentless in recruiting if i am motivated.

I'm beginning the Pre-project Recruiting Campaign.
