Her wish initially was to die, which was the one in which Lelouch promised to fulfill. Later on in the series was it even mentioned that she had a geass that made anyone she wished to to love her, which is what you are implying was her wish. Regardless, he didn't complete his promise to her.

it never acually sayd that her true wish was to die even tough we knew it wouid be a release for her because she dislike immortality but that changed once lelouch was able to accept and love her him obtaining V.V. code from charles dident hurt either but then again at the end when she crys and says lelouch as punishment for casting geass on others you.. i think she was talking about immortality
