The skills here are jutsu (of my own creation) which can only be learned with my approval. I don't want to see anyone posting, using a move listed in this subforum, who has not pmed me, asking me to check their posts to make sure they have reached the requirements.
Everyone may have wujigan if they wish, however, they cannot have the executions listed without my approval.
Each Jutsu and Ninja Art listed has a set of prerequisites which must be met in order to be approved.
