Emperor Cort Dragonheart has challenged Alnette to a duel. He has thrust the Dark Excalibur into a black anvil, claiming he won’t need it to defeat Alnette. With the Dark Excalibur and the very well being of Necropolis on the line, Alnette is determined to defeat the crazed imperialist and reclaim what is hers. Why would Cort put so much on the line? He finds Alnette’s futile struggle enjoyable
Both Alnette and Cort will start out with 500 health points. Both will roll a single hundred sided dice. The person with the lowest roll is dealt the difference between the rolls.
Necropolis Power (Prime Numbers)
If Alnette rolls any of these numbers, she earns the right to pull the Dark Excalibur from the anvil and reclaim the sword! From that point on, Alnette’s rolls do double damage! (roll two one-hundred sided dice)
2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,29,31,37,41,43,47,53,59,61,67,71,73,79,83,89 and 97
Cyborg Power Surge (Powerful Numbers)
If Cort rolls any of these numbers, then he pulls the Dark Excalibur from the anvil and keeps it as his own. Cort’s dice rolls from that point on do double damage! (roll two one-hundred sided dice)
1, 4, 8, 9, 16, 25, 27, 32, 36, 49, 64, 72, 81, 100
If either of the combatants health reaches zero before the Dark Excalibur is claimed, then it remains in its anvil, and there it will remain until someone worthy can retrieve it.

Smirking, Emperor Dragonheart thrust the Dark Excalibur into a black anvil. He watched as a strange energy consumed the sword and welded it to the spot. Only one with true strength of body and mind could ever hope to remove the signature sword of Necropolis.
Far from helpless, Cort drew his more famed sword, the Gorgon's Gladius. With it at hand, he felt ready for anything. The Emperor was brimming with confidence.((I'm going to be nice and ignore that 49 for right now. No point in spoiling the fun this soon. Why do the dice love Cort so MUCH?!))

"I won't lose this time."
Alnette was determined. She was going to reclaim the Dark Excalibur and defeat Cort, no matter what it took. Rather than a sword, she held a small dagger in her hand. It seemed this time, she would be relying mostly on her agility. Without another word, she lunged at Cort, slashing with her dagger. However, Cort anticipated her attack and knocked her away with ease. Glaring at him, she prepared herself to attack again.

"You can’t beat me! You’ll fall just like always." Cort really didn’t put up a decent defense. He simply tried to slash her with his sword rather than using its petrification magic. This wasn’t the smartest move as Alnette was quickly able to dodge the attack and mouth a quick slash of her own. However, it caused very minimal damage to the cyborg.

Alnette knew she had to get her hands on the Dark Excalibur if she wanted to defeat him. However, she was unsure how to manage to do so, until an idea hit her. Moving quickly, she threw her dagger at Cort, then dashed over to the anvil that Cord that thrust the Dark Excalibur into. Closing her eyes, she tried to pull the blade from it and blinked in surprise when the blade easily came out.
The Dark Excalibur was hers again. Now Cort was about to see what she could really do.

"Ha! You may have reclaimed that sword, but I defeated you when you wielded it before." Laughing, Cort extending his cybernetic arm. It transformed into a plasma cannon and fired.

Alnette was determined to win this. Dodging the shots from his plasma cannon, she lunged at him and slashed. She wouldn't let herself lose this time.

After being slashed by Alnette, Cort could do nothing but smile. She was close enough for a point blank plasma shot. His cybernetic arm vibrated and then unleashed several rounds fire.

The shots took Alnette by complete surprise and she was unable to dodge them. She staggered back, glaring at Cort and taking an defensive stance. She wouldn't let that happen again.

Cort attempted to capitalize by running his opponent through with his gladius. That never happened. Despite being injured, Alnette was capable of dodging and mounting very decent counterattack with her Dark Excalibur, making graceful yet deadly slashes.

Despite her injuries, Alnette was ready to turn this around. With a smirk, she concentrated for a moment, before charging towards him, leaping into the air, and bringing the blade down in a cleaving motion.

Unable to mount a decent attack, Cort simply defended himself. He used his Gorgon's Gladius to parry as many strikes as he could, but Alnette's running adrenaline fueled her speed. She was so swift that she almost appeared to be a blur to him, or his eyes could be malfunctioning. Either way, he sustained heavy damage.

Of course, Alnette was tiring out quickly, but that didn't stop her from attacking. She attempted to finish him off with a powerful slash, but it was slow and he was able to parry and counter with ease. Still, she was confident she would win.

Defensively backing away, Cort extended his transformed arm once he had enough range. He fired one shot after another in hopes of doing some damage.
