Military, civil, just for fun. These are sub-guilds inside the guild. So for example you could have one for Negi (not that he needs any protection) That sub-guild would solely focus on Negi. You get the idea.

Well, that's understandable, but what about my questions?
For starters, I'd like a group for Kaede, Asakura, and Yuna. Or maybe groups for character circles, like the sports girls, cheerleaders, or library exploration club.

Trying to think of using the Battalions as a basis for an RP game using the dice roll feature. Problem is, there are a lot of characters in Negima, and I would like each battalion to have unique abilities. What I need first is a list of base attributes, speed, health, defense, strength, etc. A simple method would be to have character stats plus battalion stats weighed during a confrontation, higher value wins and damage indicated by dice roll. This is just on the top of my head though.

Well, I still don't know where to go with the game angle, but I think I can handle making most of the battalions for 3-A since I like most of them to some degree. The only ones I'd need someone else to do, if anyone wants to, are for Chisame, Hakase, the Narutakis, and Haruna.
Aside from 3-A, I'm not sure what to number additional battalions. Also am thinking of combining some characters like the magical teachers, since they're so minor. For such cases, I was thinking a smaller unit like 'company' might be appropiate?
