Kekkei Genkai:
Hyrulian Eye
The Hyrulian Eye is a very diffrent technique in how it is used then most Kekkei Genkai, with it a Hylian can manipulate their chakra in a much more controlled manner then the usual average ninja could do regularly off of their regular concentration, the Hyrulian Eye is a powerful tool but many fail to unleash the true art of the Kekkei Genkai, but it doesn't make them stronger then any other shinobi by doing this, but at the worst moment of the fight it has the power to turn the fight around if used correctly, unfortunately the users emotions are what cause this ability to manifest itself, the eyes of the user become shiny in this state. The users chakra can also be fused and concentrated with Hylian Magic, a technique only a pure blood Hylian can use anyways, though this isn't directly a part of the Hyrulian Eye.
The Tsukigan is a technique that would generably be used as a last resort or as the result of the user's mind being emotionally filled too strongly by fear or rage or by any other emotion, it was created by the energy that the original Link had set off during his clash with Ganon centuries ago. The Hyrulian Eye has other abilities though, with it it can detect things from a ways off like the Byakugan, but it has a shorter rangeas this is not it's strong point. If you stare into the eyes of the user, it can cause you to go insane with rage, this is another Hyrulian Eye technique but it's effects arenot permanent and can be avoided if not stared at directly. There is one more known technique within the Hyrulian Eye known as the Burning state, this is the form which is similar to the shining state, but it's primarly filled with Meiton chakra, and rage and can consume the user into madness if used too long.

Background
The Hylians are a race of elve-like people with long ears, they originate from another dimension, they originated from a place known as Hyrule, this was a kingdom of the royal family that co-exsisted along with the Shiekah clan, and Geradu tribe that bordered around them. Their was a man named Ganon who originated from the Geradu tribe of women who rarely have any men, upon Ganon's 35th birthday, he slaughtered his tribe to gain an important artifact that he needed to destroy the Royal family's way of life. Ganon then swore his allegiance to the king of Hyrule, and in deciet he destroyed the King and the people who lived their, he enslaved any lucky Hylian people who had survived. The Princess known as Zelda fell into an eternal sleep because Ganon cursed her with the artifact of power that he had captured from his tribe, unfortunately for Ganon his plan completely backfired on him because this inspired the original Link with rage to go after him and save Zelda, Link walked into the dungeon that Ganon had created and defeated him within combat, but he couldn't undo the curse on Zelda. Link sealed Ganon within the sacred realm by the aid of a legendary blade known as the master sword, but in return made the gap worse and fell into a portal inside of time and space. Link vanished so the enslaved Hylians had thoughtthat he died to save them. Because of the curse inflicted upon Zelda, a time split occured being as she was one of the ancient guardians of Hylia, a rift within time occured and caused a new Link and a new Zelda to emerge within each generation of the Hylian kingdom's progression. Upon Link's departure, he found himself within the realm of Ninja that the Hero of time Link had found himself much later. So in short another Link in the first Link's dimension was born in the unknown dephs of the Hylian Ancient kingdom that had been reborn out of the ashes of Ganon's chaos, while The original Link fell into the world of ninja and eventually got married to an unknown person, Link built a hidden village with her that had been in hiding since the first Link had created it. This is the legend of how Link and his clan had emerged in the ninja world in origin, but that same rift had forced the new Link to emerge over time. Within a few years of Link's life in the Uzugakure, the village of Hylian's eventually contacted him in secret about the forming of their clan, so that they may help him to sustain peace within the Kanzen Sekai to prevent another event like the tragedy that had occured within the ancient world.
