ABOUT
Great news! Gypsy Blue likes the idea of a guild newspaper! She says that if it turns out to be successful, we might be able to get our own sub-forum!
The guild newspaper is kind of a vague idea right now (if that makes any sense). It's probably going to be 1 post in it's own thread (1 thread in it's own sub-forum if that works out). We have yet to work out how often the newspaper will be published (weekly, monthly, bimonthly?). The newspaper will link to the articles (other threads) which can be placed anywhere suitable! Also it will have some information on the articles and credits to the staff.
Basically the newspaper will be one post in a thread linking to other threads.
TOPICS
Once we get enough staff (which doesn't really need to be that many at all!), we're going to need to sort out a lot of things such as:
arrow Newspaper Title
arrow How Often the Newspaper should Be Published
arrow Who Will Write What
And probably many more than I can't think up of on the spot.
JOINING
To start with, we probably don't need that many people in the staff. I think 3-5 people would be ideal. You should only sign up if you think you will be able to commit for most of the time. It's okay if you have to miss some issues. Newspaper staff will mostly make and look for good articles (threads) to link to.
Also, don't worry if you wanted to sign up and there were already enough people, because we'll probably have a section where non-newspaper staff could publish things. These might include poetry and short stories.
