Is that an indication that it needs to be opened? Or is it like, I dunno...some sort of emotional blockage? Advice, s'il vous plait.
Edit: It's not just my third eye, actually. It's also my crown. I meditated a little bit to try and relieve it and relax, which helped a little. I had an ache in my root which suggested that I was ungrounded. Earlier in my day I developed a cough as well, which could be strep throat. My third eye is what is bothering me the most though.

if the body is unwell, under stress or experienced an unusual jarring it can cause some nasty cranium discomfort before other symptoms occur. Might be a minor sinus problem. Wouldn't hurt to seek doctors opinion if you are worried about it.
You could try a gentle massage to the area, it will stimulate as well as relax. Circular motions around the chakra or gentle rubbing starting at the bridge of the nose and following above the eye brows.
I still recommend talking to a doctor about it even if it could be the onset of a cold.

I had to stay home from school today, so I'm thinkin' it's either strep or some sinus infection that my dad had a couple months ago.
