Introduction
The Gaian Economy has always been a pain to the users of Gaia. Prices rise and fall in a short amount of time, and some items are so expensive, that the users that quest for them usually give up. This guide will hopefully give you the understanding you need to play the marketplace to your advantage, and to understand why the market acts the way it does.
A Quick about the Guide
I'm not much for writing sometimes, so this is a pretty short guide to a complex economy. I'll still hit all the major points, but this is just really condensed. Please use the references in the Credits/Links area for a more detailed look at the economy.

The Gaian Marketplace
The Gaian Marketplace is two things. First off, it's a forum, where users go to buy, sell and trade items to one another through the use of a trading pass. It can be aquired on the Isle Del Gambino for 500 gold.
The other Gaian Marketplace is a actual market, where you need a Vendor License to sell. You can purchase the Vendor Pass for 1000 gold on Isle Del Gambino in the bank. It functions much like the site, eBay, with a 'Buy Now!' feature, where you pay the price to the left of 'Buy Now', or you can 'Bid' and raise a amount of money, after you meet the requirements for the bid.
