Here's two to start!
Steel-plated Ninja Headband Snitched from: Naruto Picture or description: Naruto in his headband and the steel-plated Ninja headband.
The MASQUE (character) Snitched from: Soul Calibur 3 Picture or description: Raphael's alternate costume looks just like "The MASQUE", complete with blonde hair, cape, floppy hat and suspiciously similar mask, only without the black wings!

The nitemare parasol looks like Nitemare's sword in closed position 1, and it suspiciously came out when SC3 was released....
Also the kiki/coco kitty is like the cat from azumanga daioh (mainly the biting pose)

I went through and picked out all the ones I saw in the stores
Wizard's Wand Well its not like magic wands are unique to Harry Potter or something, but thats obviously the inspiration behind this item. I mean just look at description: "If you think you can really cast magic, you must be a POThead."
Hard Shell pack- Mario Brothers! Complete with yellow front, green back and optional spikes.. just add cloud!
These are kinda obvious... Space Monster Mask- Aliens-type monster Space Monster Hunter Mask- Predator. This is the most obvious when worn, the avatar gains metalic dreadlock type things and the little jewl gets really hard to see.

Alice's Crimson Dress and Alice's Black Boots : Resident Evil. They even kept the name "ALICE" as an 'undead hunter'.
The bone dragon helm looks like a pokemon, but I dont know which one. Does someone know?
