Mary ran carefree through the woods to school. She made it and went into the high school. She had just recently moved here and after showing off on a test they put her in high school. Mary got her scheldule then ran off to class.

Alex was already in his english class, but not paying much attention to the class. He stared out the window, looking at the clouds as they drifted by slowly.

Mary ran into the classroom and walked to the teacker, he told her to sit in the empty chair next to the window. So she did. She sat there and tried to figure out what the boy n front of her was looking at outside the window.

Alex spared a glance at the girl who entered the room and watched as she took the seat behind him. He looked forward again and decided to pay attention to the teacher for once.

Mary was bored now that the boy was payng attention to the teacher. This teacher was teaching it all wrong. She knew how to say everything, read everything, perform Romeoand Juliet by memory. She was there when it was ade for heaven's sake! So she started to draw a picture of the boy in front of her simply for something to do.

Alex felt like someone was watching him but he shrugged it off and put his on his arms on top of the desk. He didn't like school, not because it was a pain in the a**, but because it was a waste of time. He had always found school to easy, and now was no different.

Mary just kept eyeing him the entire class. Finally the teacher said they could talk Mary poked the boy, hoping he wouldn't notice her temperature, smiled, and said, "Hello Im Mary, Who would you be exactly? it is only polite since I told you my name that you tell me yours."

Alex turned and looked at the girl for a second. She had pretty pail skin and her eyes seemed a bit off, but other than that she seemed normal. "I'm Alex, pleased to meet you Mary." He said and smiled back.

"Okay Alex. What was so interesting about the eachers lecture today? You seemed pretty intent on it. Most people just ignore the teacher. How could lies be intresting?" Mary said bringing up conversation simply to talk.

Alex shrugged but was curious about what she said. "Well there isn't much else to do in this class. I know most of what they teach here." He explained to her. "And what do you mean lies?" He asked curiously.

Mary realised she said part of her thoughts out loud. TIme to think quick..... "I have alot of old diaries that belonged to my family. All on the female side and with the sam first name. I don't know thefirstdate. Sometime waaayyyy befre the english men discovered america. I think it was around Midevil times. I can barely read them though. They are about to fall apart. And the ink is really runny looking." Hopefully Alex would fall for it and not suspect anything.
