Fav. Food: One of her favorite foods are Pastéis (aka Pastries). Give her ones filled with cheese or shrimp, and she'll be in heaven! Also, any type of Cheeses would make her really happy.
Hated Food: Tofu and 'healthy' foods. Really, what is the point in eating something that tastes odd for the reason that it is suppose to be healthy? It's better to eat the real thing and then exercise afterward. Right?

Hobbies:
Animal trainer : One thing that Caty absolutely loves to do is train animals. Dogs, horses, and even birds! She's always had that strange ability to get animals to listen to her. Back in Brazil, her father worked as a Exotic animal veterinarian. He was very popular and people would request that he come to tend their animals. They visited different zoo's or privately owned animals across South and Central America, dragging his only daughter along with him. That was what gave her the foot in. After following him and being his assistant, she learned how to react around different types of animals and pets. After seeing so many animals, she ended up training their household dog. That dog was the best behaved dog that you could ever see! Now that she has come to Destiny city, you can be sure that Caty is hoping to teach pet obedience classes at the local pet store or even a chance to volunteer her skills at the local animal shelter.
Traveling : Since her father would always have her travel with him, Caty became use to traveling. In fact, she absolutely loves to go on trips! It's very exciting and fun to visit new locations and meet new people. She doesn't care if she's going on long trip or short one. They are both really fun. Even if she is back at home in Salvador, she would wander around the city with no destination in mind. She just loved to always be moving... and exploring. She would often drag her few friend around with her, and then have a little road trip (with her father driving them, of course) to unexplored places of the city! You never know what you'll be able to find traveling. Now that she lives in Destiny city, she loves to drag the amazon quartet around to new places. There's so much explored here, it's almost too much for her Brazilian heart to take in!
Gymnastics (floor routinizes mainly) : Ever since she was young, Caty has always been very flexible. Seeing that potential, her father signed her up for ballet and gymnastics class. As fate would have it, she was a lot better at gymnastics than dancing. Who would have thought? Although they traveled from one city to another, one of the first things that the pair would search for was a gymnastic lessons. Sometimes she would get signed into a Gymnastic camps or event attend class a few times a week at a private academy or gym. Although she wouldn't be able to stay there for a very long length of time, it didn't bother her at all. She was glad that she could take any classes, for six weeks or two years. It never bothered her. After moving to Destiny city, she made a habit of stretching every morning when she woke up and at night before bed. She loves to balance from high edges, testing her bodies limits. Whenever she is walking around, you can see her doing somersault and flips for no reason. Now that she lives in Destiny city, she is hoping to join the Gymnastics club so that she can flip with each other.
Dancing: Caty really loves to shake her booty and dance! Some of her friends had a hobby where they would watch music videos and learn the dances from them, so Caty took up the opportunity and did the same. While her friends sometimes took a long time learning the dances (which really annoyed her), she had a natural talent and could memorize the steps after a few times. Although most of the songs are really strange pop songs (like Lady GaGa's poker face), she ignores that fact that the music is odd and instead focus on the dancing. Although she doesn't get to practice dancing with her friends back in Brazil anymore, she hopes that she'll be able to meet a few people in Destiny city that can let her relax while they search for Small lady.
Virtues:
Brave : Ever since she was a child, Caty has been someone who isn't afraid to step forward and try out something new. It doesn't matter to her if she is trying to talk to someone brand new, try out a new hobby, or even in the case of Sailor Vesta, she is willing face an enemy straight on. She happens to be someone who believes that the best thing for the team would be to brave any given worry and head straight to the danger, not only for her good and for the good of everyone else. She would rather be put in dangers way, so that someone else wouldn't be harmed. If she isn't willing to go out there and take the initial risk, then who will?
Friendly : Even though Caty's English isn't always the best, she has always had a way with words. Well, not words per say, but she has always had a way with communication. Whenever she is talking with people, sometimes the words don't seem to flow for her. But, that doesn't stop her at all. She'll simply find a way to make the other understand, using her arms and hands to describe things. Everyone can understand gestures, or that's something that Caty believes at least. She has always been very friendly and outgoing, having a bright smile on her face whenever you're talking with her. While other people might be intimidated with how outspoken she seems, often that worry will start to fade away when they take a chance to go and talk with her. After all, just because she has bright red hair and an accent doesn't mean she's not friendly. She has a tendency to speak with random strangers as if they have been friends forever. Of course, she will often ask you to repeat yourself a few times if you speak too quickly, but for the most part she loves to talk with anyone who will speak with her.
Joker : Caty can not help the fact that she is a Joker and loves it. Fun loving and relaxed, she loves to go around and make silly jokes to brighten up the situation. While most of her jokes are the typical ones like 'your mama' jokes, there are a few times when she will play around and tease her friends. It's not that she's trying to make fun of them (that much), but it's a way for her to show that she's comfortable around you. Everyone close to her is open game for her jokes and puns, since only a real friend can say your clothes are really weird looking and mean it.
Flaws:
Loudmouth : Caty is very loud almost to the point of being super annoying. The saying of 'Think before you speak' is something that she's never learned to follow. After all, why in the world would you stop yourself from saying something. You might forget what you were about to say, and that would be like ... stupid. So, when other people are quietly listening to a school lesson, she will suddenly start asking questions or get distracted talking with friends. Even in the middle of tests, she'll be distracted and chatting. For the most part, she just annoys everyone with the fact that she can't learn to shut her mouth.
Impatient : Another thing that Caty is really bad at doing is waiting and being patient with people. It doesn't matter to her if it's sitting there working on a project for a few hours, or having to sit there and do the same dance move over and over again, it really annoys her when people aren't able to keep her pace. That's part of the reason why she gave up on dancing as a child. Too boring~! Even now, the fact that she's impatient has caused her a few problems. Often, She has found herself getting in trouble because she'll get bored and rush threw things, instead of take the time to focus on the matter at hand. The only strange thing is that she never seems to lose her cool with animals. Maybe it's because she knows that they can't go in a pace faster than their own, or maybe it's for a reason entirely different. But, Caty can always keep her calm with animals, doing the same thing over and over again. But, once the handler can start to annoy Caty when they don't follow her instructions.
Risk-taker : Although she is brave, sometimes Caty doesn't understand that there are certain situations where you need to wait. Considering the fact that she's such a risk-taker, it can become a problem. While others might be afraid of going up and running straight into a troublesome situation, she isn't that type of girl. To her, It's always best to suck up your worry and head straight into the risky situation, since that way you'll be able to get over with the initial worry. Just like the old saying says, she will often 'jump first, and think afterward'. That's just the way she has always been. There has been a few times when she'll run straight into a situation, dragging herself and friends into trouble. If there is a sign that says keep out or private property, then she'll simply allow a smile to come on her face. It's time for a little bit of exploring. =)

Senshi Sailor Vesta, senshi of Humidity
Challenge: "I'll make you hot and humid!"
Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Hot Flash!
Taking a step back, Vesta will bring her hands together and summon a red orb to her. When it forms, she will call out the attacks name and hurl it at one enemy. When the orb hits the target, a dampness will cover the targets whole body. They will suddenly feel short of breath for one minute. She is able to do this twice during a battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Scorching Flash!
Vesta will began the attack the exact same way as Hot Flash. Whenever she hurls the orb at an enemy, they will feel the dampness cover them. The attack will then cause the enemy to become short of breath and they will feel dizzy for one minute. She will be able to do this twice during a battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Vesta Fever!
This attack would be the big brother of the previous attacks. She'll start off by summoning a large orb in her hands. Then, she will raise the orb over her head and then she will burst it. When it bursts, a red colored mist will come out. The mist will then cover a two meter distance around Vesta, and any enemy within that distance that breathes in the mist will be affected. They will suffer from Hyperthermia for one minute. The enemy's body will feel like it has a fever and they will become very dizzy. It'll be used to disable the enemy. She can use this attack once during a battle.
Effects on human body by Humiditiy this is what I used for inspiration.
The human body sheds heat by a combination of evaporation of perspiration, heat convection in the surrounding air, and thermal radiation. Under conditions of high humidity, the evaporation of sweat from the skin is decreased and the body's efforts to maintain an acceptable body temperature may be significantly impaired. Also, if the atmosphere is as warm as or warmer than the skin during times of high humidity, blood brought to the body surface cannot shed heat by conduction to the air, and a condition called hyperpyrexia results. With so much blood going to the external surface of the body, relatively less goes to the active muscles, the brain, and other internal organs. Physical strength declines and fatigue occurs sooner than it would otherwise. Alertness and mental capacity also may be affected. This resulting condition is called heat stroke or hyperthermia.

Other Information
Family
Since her father (Jose Mendes, 46) is a traveling veterinarian, Caty would always go with him. He would make sure that she attended school wherever they were currently living. Often, they would live there for three years and then move again. So, she kept up with all her old friends threw email.
Her permanent home is in Salvador da Bahia, where she was born.
Her parents are divorced and she never talks about her mother. It's simply not worth it.
It was really difficult, but she was able to convince her father that it was in her best interest to have her transfer as an exchange student to Destiny city. Her father writes her emails every couple of weeks to check up on her.
Foster Family
Her foster family is a stereotypical 'perfect family'. Her foster parents are Micheal and Anna Smith, a married couple with a young daughter named Tiffany. They have a son is that is now studying in Brazil.
Although her foster family was shocked to have such a loud and energetic foster daughter, she won them over with her friendly personality.
Also, her foster family loves the fact that she's trained their two family dogs, Sandy and Lucy. Both of the dogs are perfectly behaved now, something that the Smith's never thought they would see. They can even do a few tricks.

I think you should consider"Risk Taker" to be a flaw, as it sounds like it is more of a bad thing than a good thing. Instead, how about trying "Brave" for a virtue, since she will face trouble despite the danger and is more willing to be courageous and face an enemy than shy away. Then, as a flaw, use risk taker since she jeopardizes herself (and possibly others?) without thinking before hand. This plays on her leaping before thinking.
You also have Joker, but you could use the fact that her teasing sometimes in slightly insulting as a flaw. If she teases a lot and doesn't consider how far she goes, she can wind up hurting others when she's only playing around.
Instead of loud, how about Loudmouth, since that's usually the word used for someone who blabs your secret to everyone, along with her just being generally loud all together. I love that her mouth is basically a faucet that doesn't stop.
I love your attacks. I think they're great.

@ Animal trainer - Might I suggest, if you decide to give her a job down the line (paid or volunteer), working for a petstore or shelter in teaching obedience lessons! :3
@ Traveling - love how you extended it to destiny city. Aitana can't wait to be dragged around ;D I really like the Dancing hobby too, it's realistic and something that can easily be solitary or a group activity.
@ Good communication skills - It's a good trait, but the way it's put comes off a little godmody. Be carefully to steer away from saying what other characters do (alot of times just adding a word like sometimes, often, usually helps with that). It seems a little scattered too, maybe try to drag all the parts that make her a good communicator towards the beginning and let the explaination follow (for example, mentioning level headed earlier).
@ Loud - I agree with MK's suggestion to change the name. At first I thought you meant like.. talks REALLY loud, all the time. But then I saw it extended into also saying what's on her mind, always. Both are good and loudmouth works to cover both
I like Risk taker as a Virtue, it can be one, most of the best business owners in the world start out by taking a risk, but I agree it could be doubled and added again in the flaws. So both a virtue and a flaw and you can explain how it helps her and how it hurts her.
I love LOVE her attacks too. I think they're perfect. If you don't like them though maybe she could have something that pulls water vapor out of the air to attack with, but I really like what you have. Especially since Pallas and Ceres both attack with water.

I really think that I'll make risk-taker into a flaw and a virtue, since it sounds like that would work best for her. I wasn't exactly sure how to make it sounds like just a virtue, since there was a lot of 'bad' things that can happen from that. But, I'll change it to a risk taker for the fault and brave (or entrepreneur) the virtue! So thank you so much for that idea! =3
What you said about joker makes sense too. I might try to find a way to have it just a virtue, or just a flaw. Loudmouth it will be! I wasn't sure about what to call that, since
I'm bad with naming stuff. Haha!
Communication skills- I'll make sure to go and re-word that so that I won't sound godmody or scattered. That wouldn't be good at all. -nods- And I never thought about working in a petstore! That's such a good idea! =O
And I guess my attacks sound good then! I like them as well, but.. I just need to figure out names for them!

Your Eternal attack is a bit too similar to your starter and its Super upgrade, I'd recommend coming up with something that's a bit more different. ^^ Since Humidity is a measure on an environment or a location, maybe a field effect of some kind would be appropos?

Animal Training: Unless she grew up in/near a circus, I find it hard to believe that she enjoys training elephants, as elephants in Brazil would either be owned by zoos or circuses. Is it a reference to her past life as VesVes? If it is, keep in mind that your profile should be about who your character is now, not who she was. Does Caty's father specialize in exotic animals? That could easily explain why he's wanted in so many different places. But as a "large mammal" vet... I just don't see the justification for travelling? "Large mammal" tends to refer to horses/cattle, which wouldn't amount to the amount of travel hinted at in my opinion. Gymnastics: If her father was a vet that travelled around South/Central America, when was she able to take Gymnastics lessons if they were moving around so much? Did her father sign her up for classes at whatever city they had to stop at to burn some time/give her something to do while he handled a tricky/important client? Does she attend Gymnastics classes in Destiny City? Good communication skills: What about her body language? If she doesn't know the word for what she's trying to say, will she ever mime it out and wait for someone to fill in the word for her? Also because she's a loudmouth and impatient, I suggest changing this virtue to "social" or "friendly," as "good communication skills" implies that she has manners, and will wait for someone else to finish speaking before adding in her two cents. wink Impatient: How does this relate to training animals? From my own experience in training both cats and dogs, training takes a LOT of patience -- moreso if said animal needs to get used to humans. Those are always hard to handle, but I degress. XD ;;; Butyes, when an animal needs medical attention especially, patience is -REQUIRED- in order to deal with a scared and hurt animal. Does her impatience apply only to humans/herself? Risk-taker: Out of curiousity, is she the sort that will stare at a "no tresspassing" sign and think it's an invitation to go exploring? =D Just curious. She sounds like a lot of fun, there's just a couple things that give me pause. <3
