On May first I was by the Charles river in Cambridge, MA to greet the dawn with singing, dancing, and general merry making. (And subsequently to greet the Harvard ballroom dancers with Champagne.) There was much maypole dancing and Morris dancing and songs of spring time with hundreds of friends.

Did anyone else celebrate Mayday this year?

"THE ALL IS MIND; The Universe is Mental."--The Kybalion.

I celebrated the Festival of union which is the day that my God and Goddess get united sexually and married to produce fertility in the land. It was a simple ritual.

By the power of the mind much is possible

I went to a public ritual, singing, dancing, drumming, lots of merry making and community. I ended up coming home with the maypole! Lots of fun and lots and lots of love. It was beautiful and deep at the same time. I hope you all had a great one too

Love to Paint
