Im not against that really. What kind of dancing does that incorporate? It's a good question. Basically what kind of style?

uhh.. is the...what do we wear to the prom..what i mean is are we suppose to wear jeans and a t-shirt or wear a dress for girls and suit and tie for guys?

Traditionally its formal. Normally that would mean classical music but nobody likes that. And it's Prom so it has to be popular music. Anybody says Pop music and I may shoot you. DJ or Live Band? Lets go with that next.

nobody may like classical music but i do its very soothing biggrin
maybe we can get both a live band for those who don like a formal and those who do we get classical band or something

i like classial music too(I hope to join an orchestra one day. There is one in my are that accepts anyone above fourteen), its just not widely popular. Two live bands is good. Two joint connected buildings? Cafeteria for Classical and Gym for whatever else(I vote Rock)? Possibly the other way around...but two different bands is a good idea.
