Three guesses what you're thinking right now:
1. "Hah?? This isn't the [insert name] subforum! Whoops."
2. "WTH? What a lame subforum. Pffft. Can't do anything. No need to waste my time here."
3. "Hmm, this sounds like an interesting subforum that has lots of helpful resources for me to use and contribute to!"
Kudos to everyone who were choice #3 ;D
However lame the dialogue was, this thread is meant to show you that choice #3 is really the way to go. This subforum may not immediately present a lot of posting and participation opportunities, since it's only a "resources" subforum, but it's honestly quite the opposite. Real life, the Internet, Gaia - they're all continuously changing, updating, and expanding. This subforum needs YOU to be constantly contributing so that mistakes can be corrected, information can be elaborated on, and new ideas can be added. This subforum is a wealth of information. Not only does it contain tried-and-true Burn-member-created guides one on top of another, but there are several links to other great guides and sites that are of the utmost value.
You learn something new every day. Why not give this subforum's threads a chance? :]
"So what can I do?"Glad you asked. You can:
1. Look for great guides/sites that are not already linked to add to the threads All THREADS/LINKS Every Gaian Needs or A Database For Life.
2. Recommend minishops/threads to add to Burn's BIG Minishop Review thread.
3. Define a Gaian word/term not already listed in The Gaian Dictionary & Terminology Guide.
4. Add to already existing Burn-member-created guides in this subforum.
5. See a mistake? Make a post about it, and someone will edit said mistake for you :]
6. Put together a professional guide yourself :3 Look to other well-made threads for formatting and organization.
7. Challenge yourself with the Gaia Trivia Extraordinaire.

[xxxxxx]General Guidelines/Suggestions for Reading and Posting Threads
• Check for duplicate guides. - Before you create a guide, please ensure that there are no similar guides that contain the same quality and amount of information that you were planning to state. Duplicated or similar guides are not needed.
• Give all due credit where it belongs. - If you have created a guide that is not based on your own contextual knowledge - meaning you have obtained it through other means/guides - please cite references! Do not steal this information as your own.
• Make your guides detailed and easy to comprehend. - Guides that are created should be easy to comprehend and understand, since people require help when they visit this subforum, and none of it's any use if they can't understand your guide.
• Keep your guides accurate and updated. - Please ensure the information inside your guides is accurate! Trouble may arise if the wrong information is passed along to the readers. This will involve updating your guide as Gaia expands and changes.

As hinted by the title of this subforum, all guides and resources belong here. Minishop reviews may also be posted in this subforum.
XXXX

The Gaia Resources subforum is basically meant to be a subforum with all the answers. Not the questions. Think of this place as a library/online database/encyclopedia.

• No spamming- This is defined as posting nonsense & gibberish. Also posting styles with advertisements mixed in that obscure what you say or large advertisement links; please keep that in the Chatterbox. Small links to quest threads, or other things are allowed, but try to keep them in your signature. No MyBrute links, ever!
• No flaming - This pertains to all manner of abuse, rude behavior, and Personal Attacks. This also includes harassing someone who posts in the wrong Forum, or calling someone a Troll. We all have things we like & don't like. Don't be rude to someone who has vastly different, or even unreasonable taste. We can't all love Halo or Twilight.
• Misplaced Threads- If a Thread is in this Subforum by mistake, feel free to post in it as if it were in the right forum, it will be moved eventually. However, do not post in a thread just to say it's misplaced, instead inform a Crew Member / Member of the Advisory Board of Directors.
• All rules are subject to change - Rules will be changed & updated as needed, the thread title will show when the rules were last updated. Ignorance and negligence of these rules would result in the locking or deleting of your thread.
