Of course, the academy has its rule. These rules are similar to any set of rules, but be aware that once you join a certain squad, their rules may be different from what you are used to in the academy. Please do not break the rules in the academy, you don't want to start off with a bag of bad records. Breaking rules can cause you to be banned or make it longer for you to graduate from the academy, so please follow the rules as best as possible. Thank you!: Oh! by the way, please do not assume that just because the rules doesn't state that it can't be done means it can.
RULES:
1. Be respectful of each other, meaning keep arguments in RP out of your life. Do not ever look down on someone and feel that you are a superiority just because you are of higher rank than them. Trust me, abusing your power will cause your demotion.
2. All students must have a Bio in the Bio thread of the academy in order to start RP as an academy student.If you don't have a Bio posted, your newbish post's will all be deleted.
3. No God-modding! This means that you cannot be able to dodge all the pots and pans your wife throws at you out of anger or be able to kill anything you want even giant space aliens that don't exist. There are limits buddy! Please don't make obscene zanpuktou powers like being able to read minds or turn back time. If you have questions about a zanpuktou that you think might be god-modding, please PM me your idea and I will consider it.
4. Keep RP PG 13. There are small children here so please do not disturb their innocence for them. Knowing graphically how a baby is made may not be the greatest thing to learn from our Guild. We don't want a small child running to his mother saying "Mom Mom! why can a baby come out of such a small -beep-" However kissing is allowed and so is being lightly dress since you really never know when your clothes could be torn in battle. But please, NO TOUCHY TOUCHY AND TAKING EACH OTHERS CLOTHES OFF WITH PASSION! Curse words are allowed as long as its lightly used in an RP fashion and not to scream at other members.
5. You are not allowed to start your own threads in the academy whenever you like. However if you feel that a thread is absolutely needed, contact a captain and they will either deny or approve of your thread.
6.Be literate! Or at least semi-literate. And on my definition of literate, it means to have complete sentences that are understandable and not gibberish. Capitalize what should be capitalized, and don't for what doesn't have to be. Also, it is not a requirement but I would like it if post are not mostly one-liners. Last for the literacy, do not say, "Oh im sorry I type to fast so i make alot of mistakes and I don't look through a lot of my post." Instead tell me, " I'm sorry I tend to type too fast and not review what I have typed. I will type slower and review what I've written =D." The first is an EXCUSE which is intolerable and the second is an APOLOGY and a PROMISE to do better in the future.
Little spellings errors are alright, we are not all human dictionaries.
7. If you no longer want to be apart of the shinigami race or apart of the guild. I would love it if you gave me a decent reason of leaving. And when you do leave, please delete your Bio from the Bio page or leave it there if you'd like. If you wish to come back, your records will start as a new student.
8. Plagiarizing is awful! Please do not put someone else's quote without crediting or copy someones line. This goes for Bios as well, do not take someones Bio and paste your name on it counting it as yours. Don't post pictures that you claim you have drawn but in reality it belongs to someone else. You are allowed to use other users zanpuktou for inspiration but never copy their power! Plagiarizing is stealing! And stealing is bad!
9. If you are inactive for over 7 days in a row, you will not be demoted or deleted, but it will give you a harder chance of getting graduated unless it is a planned absence. Planned absences can be posted on the Attendance thread of the academy.
10. Each individual character should only be in one place at a time. If they are at a class, they are at a class. If they are training, they are training. Unless you have clones of your characters doing different things in different places all at once then maybe you can but NO! Clones exist in Naruto. This is Bleach! We wash clothes! So please be at only one place at a time.
Other Rules: Also, if I did not state a rule that you think should be vital, please post it under this thread as well so I can add it to this list of rules that I am pretty sure I left out a few things on.
