How the ******** do we know that dog wasn't attacking them? It was barking loud as ********. They did kill shots to put it's out of it's misery...

Watch the video. THe dog wasn't attacking. Even if it was, it wasn't necessary to shoot it. They could have at least tased it. Barking loud as ******** does not equal an attack.
And they had no need to "put it out of it's misery" It wasn't miserable, it was just barking.
