In the episode where you find out that Mikado is one of the remaining creators of the Dollars and he types in his password into his computer. Did anyone else notice that his password was Baccano?
I was very surprised when I noticed.

The anime was pretty good, although I still think the manga was better story wise. They did a good job animating alot of sequences where it was difficult to imaging what it would look like.

In the first ever Dollars meeting in Ikebukuro, those two main characters from Baccano!! were there as well XD I actually lol'd

Vercide Yeah, the author of Durarara also wrote Baccano. (There was also an appearance of a pair of Baccano characters in Durarara.) : D Seriously??!! O.O I noticed it, but at first I thought I got it wrong. But thats cool. Durarara!! also made other manga references, like Kuroshitsuji, and that one manga about a character named Dokoro-chan. my friend watches that. I guess I'll start looking into Baccano now. ^_^

actually, the author has a real thing for groups of people who are somehow connected by others or series of events, huh? I noticed that when I had previously read the summary for Baccano.

When I first watched Durarara I noticed the intro was very similar to Baccano so I was quite relieved when I found out they had the same creator.
Baccano was far more violent than Durarara and the sequence of events jumped back and forth which was an interesting though sometimes confusing approach. I LOVED both shows. 3nodding
