Gimmick: Walter witnessed his entire family be murdered by a man and random spree and was able to hide from him. Being the only witness he was able to identify the killer in a lineup. At the execution the killer spotted him in the audience and before the chair was turned on he mouth "i'm not done i will find you." Ever since that day he slowly lost his mind and was even sent to an asylum but even then his condition worsened. Nobody was safe from his paranoia and suspicion of those around him and knowing the killer lived on fear he crafted a smiley face mask to show even when he's afraid he's always smiling.
