OOC Crap *performs CPR on the guild* LIVE DAMN YOU! Ahem... Setting: Cracked out AU! A meeting between Rensou and Juusan! OMG! What will happen?!?!?!one!! Ok, fine. This takes place in a SUPER AU time line just moments after Goku's return from Namek-sei. With him, he brought along an AU Rensou. Just pretend he was there to begin with, ok? Juusan, for anyone who doesn't know, is an OC I'm working on who is based off my old DBZ character Son Sakura. So expect some cracky failness there. She's 13 right now, too. Yay for teen roleplaying? neutral Type: Open! So please join us! Please? D: I honestly don't care as who. You can be the reincarnate of Radditz as a flamingo, just join us so we can play! (Actually... please don't join as flamingo-Radditz. That'd just be weird. :< ) Anyway..... BEGIN. ------------------------------------- The young girl did her best to spy the group from behind a large boulder. The stupid thing was just big enough for her to not be able to see well from its top even on the tips of her toes, nor had it any rough spots to grasp onto to use as leverage to peer from above. Berating herself slightly for choosing such a useless position to watch from, the dark-haired child carefully peeked out from the side of the large obstacle instead, ducking behind whenever she thought someone might possibly be glancing in her direction.
In all honesty, her position was most horrible. She could barely see the group as it was from such a long distance away, but any closer and she thought for sure someone would spot her. If not from seeing her, then from her ki level. Wildlife typically didn't have anything high enough to be noticed on the edge of one's senses, you know.
She poked her head around again, glancing over at the group of people in the distance. She knew who they were, for the most part, but this was the first time seeing them in person, of sorts. Her heart was racing in excitement. She could easily distinguish out her two kinship. It had been most shocking when the both Goku and some strange light-haired guy (who was now gone, but where to?) had suddenly erupted in golden flames, and she couldn't stop the tiny meep of surprise that escaped her lips.
The pressure, it was incredible! Just from one of them alone was probably enough to cause her to strain in breathing, but if she had been closer to both when they were both ablaze? Whoo, she'd probably be on the floor unable to move.
What the hell did Goku learn while he was off planet? And for that matter, who what the guy he brought back? She focused her attention on the second man she didn't know as he mingling with the others as they chatted with Goku. She felt connected to him somehow. Not by blood or anything, but a gut feeling that told her he and she were similar, like how Goku and Vegeta seemed similar now that she was actually around to observe them. Well, actually, all three of them. Ok four if you counted the kid... wait, no five with the girly-haired guy? Uh whatever. A lot them had that similar kinda vibe. Just a tad weird, that.
Wait, was it possible that she was picking up on some instinctual stuff? Was she distinguishing them all as Saiya-jin? It was possible, she guessed, since--what the heck was THAT in the sky??
A weird whirling hum coming from the above, she focused her attention upwards, covering her eyes slightly from the son. Was that some... machine-thing? A flying whirly-whirly contraption that seemed to be preparing to do something? Kinda looked like it. She thought she might've seen someone inside it. But before she could try to make anything out better it was gone in a moment's flash.
Hum. Okay. Sure.
Not really knowing what to make of it, she returned her attention to the group, only to see them splitting off. Gaping in annoyance for not noticing, she barely had time to duck out of sight again as a couple of the people flew off close by her. Ew. That'd've been bad if I'd been noticed. she thought, slightly disappointed that there was nothing more to watch.
A final glance back at the congregation revealed that the only one left was the unknown Saiya-jin man. But weren't they all dead? The information she got from Gero's lab was that the planet, along with almost the entire race was no longer in existence. How'd this guy survive?
Feeling safer to emerge from her hidden location, the small girl climbed fully to the top of the rock, inching forward more and more to get a better glimpse of him. Stupid location. I can't see jack from here. she muttered to herself. I need to get closer and--
"AHH..!" she cried out, falling to face-first in the ground below. Apparently, she forgot that rocks had curves and did not continue to stick out very far. Grumbling from mild pain and her own oversight, she pulled herself into a sitting position, rubbing at her face. Luckily she wouldn't have any permanent damage from the fall, but hooocrap did it hurt!
((This is crap and I don't care. It's A NEW POST so happy day!
EDIT: Note to self, remember to check for continuity and proper grammar before submitting. -__- ))

Rensou wasn't a huge fan of reunions, so after he and Goku had landed on Earth, Rensou calmly excused himself of the situation. He had already met most of the people who had gathered around to welcome their returning friend, and the few that he didn't know he didn't particularly care about. Since people were more enthused about Goku's return than who the new guy was, he was able to sneak away rather easily.
His mind went through what happened the last few days, how he witnessed this Super Saiyajin, Goku, defeated the evil tyrant Freeza. He thought of all the planets they had visited in their travels back to Earth, the training and the new techniques. He was jealous of the Shunkun Ido technique that Goku was so easily able to master, but Rensou was still struggling with. He was also slightly irked that he wasn't able to go SSJ like Goku, though it was a curiosity that he was able to hold his own in their training sessions. It was definitely something he wanted to experiment more with.
His normal train of thought was interrupted as sensed something coming right at him, from above. Sliding back into a fighting stance, his guard was raised as he turned to face his attacker. He was surprised to see it wasn't much an attack, but a fall. The body of the girl crashed onto the hard rocky ground. She didn't look to me more than 12, definitely younger than 15. She had a strange familiarity to her, but he couldn't place it right off the back.
"What the hell?" he spat out, still keeping his guard up at this newcomer. He wasn't able to sense much in the way of powerlevel coming from her, but seeing as how she just took a spill and seemed perfectly ok, he assumed there might be something there.

Juusan hummed a sound of annoyance as she rubbed any trace of dirt from her face. Afterward she sniffed a few times experimentally, cross-eyed as she glanced at her nose. Oh good. She wasn't bleeding at least. ZekeD "What the hell?" he spat out, still keeping his guard up at this newcomer. Immediately she tensed up with another squawk of surprise, springing up to her feet, and quickly drew into a defensive position. Awesome. She'd drawn attention on herself. Head sightly dipped in uncertainty, she remained in a guarded stance. Her tail twitched slightly from its curled position around her waist. Scared? A little. After all, she had no idea who he was or what he could do. But considering Goku-tachi's track record, he probably could snap her in half with with little force applied. Now that she finally had a decent view of him, she noted he was dressed in similar armor that Bejiita wore when he first came to earth. Not surprising, since he was probably a Saiya-jin if her senses were picking up on it correctly. And he had to be like 10 years older than her, at least. Hopefully he wasn't a bully to little kids. That wouldn't be good. Realizing she'd been silent and that he was probably expecting some sort of explanation, she quickly tried to think of something to say. "Um... uh. Hello..! Uh, sir..." she stumbled out without any sense of composure. So much for all that training she had. "I'm uh, not trying to be any trouble."

The kid looked scared out of her mind. He relaxed his fighting stance, letting his arms fall to his sides. Straightening up, his shoulders visibly relaxed. The last thing he needed was some flare up to happen like what Gohan was doing back on Namek.
He wasn't sure why he was so deeply reminded of Gohan at that moment. Again he had to ponder why she seemed so familiar. But it was a buzzing familiarity, hovering just outside his sphere of thought.
"Well, whatever..." he muttered, turning to walk away. As he took a step, he turned back around. "Wait a minute, where the hell did you come from?"
He glanced up in the sky, at first thinking that she fell while flying. Not that staring up into the sky would really give any clues or indications of her priors actions. Then again, there WAS the large rock structure directly behind her. Glancing back at it, he noticed a few pebbles of rocks sliding down the edge of the rocks, almost creating a direct line path of her descent.
On the other side of the rock structure, the reunion of Goku and his friends were going on. And from that rock structure, she could just about see...everything?
"Alright, revised question. Who are you, and why were you spying on Goku?"

Seeing him relax, she too followed suit, letting out a huge sigh of relief. It seemed like he wasn't going to attack and ask questions later. Actually, he really didn't seem all that overly threatening now that he was standing normally. Plus one to no aggression!
Her hopes of him leaving her be were quickly gone as he turned back around, wondering where she had come from. Before she could mumble out another brilliant reply, the guy looked behind and above her. Watching him carefully, she heard the fall of a few pebbles behind her, remnants of her glorious entrance. He seemed to piece together an answer for himself, anyway. What, did he think she'd been hovering in plain sight where the others could spot her?
At his next question she grimaced. "Uh..." What was she going to tell him? Certainly a 'I was just taking a stroll' would not do much of anything except make him more suspicious of her. Juusan pushed an imaginary lock of hair behind her ear, trying her best to look meek and innocent. "I was curious?" she answered, dodgedly. Well it was true, if just really vague.

"You were curious? That seems both true and completely vague." he replied rather matter-of-fact-like. Folding his arms across his chest, he took the girl in once more.
The twitching around her waist caught his eye. A tail? Why did this young girl on earth have a tail? Going back towards her hair, he noted the distintively Saiyajin hairstyle she had. Though it was blue...and that wasn't normal at all. Blue hair? How weird was that?
Of course, that just brought up another question. Again, the girl wasn't much more than ten years old. And Vegetasei was destroyed twenty someodd years ago. So how could she exist?
Unless she was some sort of crossbreed, like Gohan was. Did ChiChi have blue hair?
"Ok, so by being a Saiyajin I'm assuming you are Goku's kid?"

Again, she continued to watch his reactions as he self deducted his questions. He was pretty smart. Nice as he might be behaving, smart was good for her right now. She hadn't planned on being noticed by anyone, let alone have a conversation that day. All she had planned to do was see what the commotion was. At least he wouldn't be able to tell who and what she was. ZekeD "Ok, so by being a Saiyajin I'm assuming you are Goku's kid?" The immedate look of pure shock was hard to supress. How in the..! Could he read her thought or something?? How did he-- Oh. Tail. Stupid, twitchy tail. But why'd he assume Goku and not Bejiita? She could've been related to him! Well, thinking on it, she realized that it really wasn't possible. Bejiita was still new to Earth, and certainly had no children, let alone a thirteen year old half human one. Well. Good for him to guess the obvious, then. Regaining some composure, she cleared her throat. "No." she answered in an even tone. She really wasn't, technically. But she didn't want to be made a liar, either. "Not really. He doesn't know me." A few moments passed and she thought about what she had said. It made it sound like she was an illegitimate child. Ugh. Not the impression she wanted to leave. "Not that had an affair with my Mom or anything!" she clarified hastily, waving her arms slightly. "Nothing like that happened! He's only been with his wife!"

Rensou took to scratching his head rather irritatedly. "Ok, riddle me this. Vegetasei has been all blown up for over twenty years, you are clearly less than that, and the only other Saiyajin alive, other than me, is Vegeta." He looked her up and down once more. "And you are far to tall to be Vegeta's kid. And far to...nice. So either there is yet another Saiyajin in existence that nobody seems to know about...or..."
He struck a rather ridiculous looking pose, stepping foward and pointing an accusatory finger directly at the girl. "YOU ARE A DAMN DIRTY LIAR!" He glanced down at his silly pose, and retracted his arm. "I mean, um....tell me the truth. Or I'll blow you up or something."
He knew he was right. The reason why she looked so familiar. She really did look like a smaller, feminine Goku. There was a hint of something else with her, he knew it. Was she a half-breed like Gohan? And if that's true, then where did some come from? She was very insistful on the fact that Goku was loyal to his wife. So was she lying about that to? Or was she some sort of test tube baby.
Yeah, right.

Juusan could only look on in mild disbelief at his antics. ..Really? He had to go and make a pose to emphasize his statement that had already been exaggerated by raising his voice? Regardless of his threat, he didn't really seem too intent on following through, irritated that he might be. Still, she didn't doubt his ability to end her existence either. He was bound to get serious about getting her to confess, and for all she knew he'd drag her over to the others and ask them. Definitely not something she wanted to happen.
"Okay, okay. I do have a... relation of sorts to Goku-san. I'm not his daughter though. I'm too old, anyway. But.." she paused, trying to think up a way to explain her existence without sounding bonkers. Or take a million years to explain. She sniffed in a breath, and regarded him with a pleading look. "Can I say it's complicated and leave it at that?"

Complicated? How could it be complicated. You take the willy woo and put it in the cha-cha. She just needed to pinpoint the parental units. And there weren't like there were THAT many to choose from. What could be so complicated? Pondering to himself, he thought back to all the sciencey stuff he did back on Vegetasei. What could be so complicated?
Then he thought back to his throwaway idea of before. The idea he just pushed to the side. Test tube baby. "Oh Jesus Christ, you aren't a ******** clone are you?" he blabbered out, his voice seething with an intense "please don't let it be true". His mind's eye went to a mental image of Goku. He mixed in a bit of Gohan, shrinking Goku down to just around the girl's age. Lengthen the hair, add in that female Saiyajin flare, and mix in a bit of human. Why the human? Just a hunch, based on Gohan. What human, no idea.
"Oh for Kami's sake, you are a clone, aren't you." Throwing his hands in the air, he begins to pace back and forth. "Well ain't this just great. I'm thrust back to life and sent all the way to this damn 'Earth' planet only to run into some midget female clone of my traveling partner. What the ********?"

Juusan could only stare, completely blown away by his accurate assumption, her mouth agape in pure horror. She was outted in five minutes. No, less than that. "Um.. uh," she tried to say something, but her mind was still reeling. "I.."
How could someone who wasn't even familiar with earth, and probably didn't know Goku (least of all anyone else) for more than a few months, be able to pinpoint not only was she related to Goku, but that she wasn't even a proper person? It was not comprehensible. There was no way he could've figured it out that fast. "You're totally a psychic!" she declared suddenly, snapping her arm out to point at him. It was the only valid explanation her brain could think up.
His reaction didn't leave her feeling all that great, either. It wasn't like she wanted to be a clone. That's just how she came to be. She would've preferred to have been born properly, raised with her family, and got along with Goku-tachi every day. But she was what she was, and a wanna-be person shouldn't talk with her genetic donators. They probably would freak out like the guy in front of her was doing and not really want to see her and, and..
Juusan could feel her eyes starting to sting, the moisture there beginning to obscure her vision. She sniffed harshly, scrunching her face in disappointment at herself. Oh Kami she was NOT going to cry in front of a stranger. Not, not not.

"Yes, I'm totally a psychic. Wooooooooeeeeeeooooo..." he began, before seeing the tears start to well in her eyes. His hands dropped down from their playful, and rather sarcastic, motions. Great, she was a clone, and she obviously wasn't very happy about the fact.
A sigh emitted between bated breaths. The last thing he needed was some whiney, crying brat bawling her eyes out because she was a clone. "Look, kid...I'm sorry..." he started, not exactly sure what to say. "Um...look, I ..."
Great, what was he going to say to her. He didn't deal well with others. Well, most others. He couldn't really explain why he and Goku clicked so well. But regardless, he wasn't a people person. Especially whiney, crying ones. And short ones. And, well, it would take too long to mention.
"Look, kid. Nobody chooses how they are born, how or why they are brought into the world. That's one of the many things in life that you just flat out have no control over. You can't just spend your life wondering what if, or wishing things were different. We all know that you can't change the past, you just have to embrace what the present and future hold, and make the best of it..." he cooly and calmly stated, attempting to hold back the surprise in his eyes from what he was saying. "I assume you were spying on Goku and his friends over there, wishing you could be one of them. Well you aren't ever gonna make that happen unless you do something yourself."
He was doing so well, dealing with this kid. So of course it was time to ruin it all. "So quit being such a whiney little b***h and man up!"
Good going, Rensou.

Juusan scrubbed at her eyes, dimly aware of his apology. His schpiel about life and taking what you've got was oddly distracting her from her previous thoughts. Not quite comforting exactly, more... unlike him, almost. He'd been so far mostly irritated with her, even more at figuring out who she was, and now he was consoling her? Did he flip-flop like this all the time? At the very least, his calm, collected words stopped her from crying, and it made her smile inwardly, if very tiny-like, that he was trying to calm her down. Maybe it had just been a gut reaction to finding out who she was.
So of course she wasn't expecting him to burst out with a much harsher tone and statement. She jumped a little, tail finally uncurling from her waist to puff up. Wh-whiny..? She got a little emotional (who wouldn't if they were her in her position?), just enough to be come misty-eyed not even a full-on cry, and he thought she was.. whiny?? How dare he!
"You're a jerk!" she spat without thinking. The nerve of him! "And I'm GIRL, and girls don't 'man up'!" she informed, and proceeded to dash off towards town, no longer caring to conceal her ki as she use it to propel herself faster. If she'd been thinking, she would've realized he could easily catch up to her in no time. But her mind was full of angry thoughts and she wanted to go punch something.

'Smooth move...' he mused to himself, watching the girl fly off. By this time, most of Goku and his friends had left the area, so the girl was in no danger of alerting the others of her presence. At least not immediately. But still, this little curiosity had peaked his interest, and he wasn't about to let her get away. At least, not so easily.
Judging by her power level, she wasn't incredibly strong. Which meant that it didn't take much effort on his part to fly up and easily match her speed. He didn't flare up his power, though, in case she had the ability to directly sense him.
He followed her for a bit, but he soon decided to just throw caution to the wind. He poured on a little more energy, and managed to fly parallel to the girl. His flying method was quite...comical in nature. He had his back to the ground, his fingers interlaced behind his head. He looked rather relaxed as he easily kept up with her face. "So, listen. Sorry about that," he began to think about what he would say next, taking this procedure as he would a fight, analyzing it and trying to determine the best course of action.
"Ok, so the b***h thing was a little uncalled for. And the whiney. And the man up. Ok so just about everything I said at the end, so my bad. But I had you going there for a second, eh?"

Quote: *fast forwards in time* OK. Re-entering Juusan, go! Setting: Buu timeframe, but no Buu. Or.. after Buu? Whatever. Buu-range for ages. So 20/21 23. Presume she's actually been around the gang for.... at least a few months, if not a year or something. Going with a close copy of my original/current bio for her. (aka the 'drone') She has enough power for SSJ, but hasn't obtained it yet. Slow, even breaths. Gentle, flowing kata. The practice she was getting in was hardly a warm-up at her level of skill, but it was the routine she had always started with since she could remember. Somewhere along the way, she mused, it had become a sort of habit of hers, a kind of tribute to the old days. Even her habitual training ground had not changed. Even after everything that happened, what had been done to her, she still came back to the place she grew up. She hated the place, honestly. Perhaps there was a touch of masochism within her, but try as she might to train elsewhere, she always found herself back at the same place. She could not get comfortable with where the others trained. Perhaps it was because she was far too used to training alone, as well. Sifting out a slow breath through her teeth, the young woman finished her kata. Eyes close and palms together, she paused in her final stance, seemingly to take a moment to pray or gather thoughts. Then she dropped her arms casually and opened her dark eyes. She surveyed the area around her, taking note her satellites were in place. She stood in a wide expanse of grassland, where only a few renegade bushes dared to stand. Beyond the field in the distance, she could make out the forgotten structure of a building. A ping of nostalgia swept through her, bittersweet and bile at the same time. Her old home still had standing parts it seemed. She'd have thought it would've completely collapsed by now. If no animals were using it as a shelter, she might have to go knock it down. It was an eyesore, both physically and mentally. With a sigh, Juusan turned around, clapping once. The sound barely echoed lightly through the area, but it was enough of a sudden noise to draw her from her straying thoughts. From her pocket she withdrew a small, dialed controller. She flipped it on, hearing her satellites hum in response while she set the dial to an appropriate level. Satisfied, she returned to her pocket and began warm-up exercises. Now it was time for the real training to begin. ((Blaaaah, this is so horrible. Also, the satellites are the gravi-lites [gravity satellites.. like my failname for them?] and not the ki-blocking satellites. And... they can go up to 300g? She's somewhere around 80/90ish.))
