This is for who ever wants to share their secrets to bringing on a great BBQ-ed meal, appetizers, desserts, etc etc. So what are you waiting for??? .... do tell.

Well... if you use a charcoal BBQ, think about adding woodchips to the coals, if you're looking to get a deep flavor to your meats. Different wood will give a different flavor so check to see what is in stock at your local stores.Some of the common types of wood chips for the BBQ are:
Apple Mesquite Hickory Pecan Maple Alder
If you're doing fish, Cedar is another good choice. As for dessert, I already have one up in a different section for Grilled Nectarines. 3nodding
