is Bejeweled Blitz. Easily.
It's a perfect time consumer, and unlike certain others we all know, it is not (really) addictive. Plus it's a puzzle game which makes it superior.

I like the story/RPG based Facebook games like Mobsters2, Supernatural, Vampire Wars. Farming/ community-building sims are boring to me.
And don't ask for my Facebook name. I hate deleting 101 "send me bricks" requests from IRL friends. xp
