Second-in-command is like a vice-president they step in when leader is gone and follow every step. Most trusted person
Right hand is the one who deals with the small detail that go un-noticed by most, like making sure things run smoothly, works in 'shadows'
Left hand deals with people upfront, more of the social person. works closely with right hand to make the whole picture function as a unit
Brains- I feel that this talks for itself but the cunning, crafty, mischievous people who always have a plane. Intleligence is great too. there is a leader of the brains
Muscle- Really also speaks for it's self. The martial artist and the ones who have great physical abilities. And a leader of the muscles.
