How could one so young, so dear be taken away from us in the blink of an eye. Please I ask that you not shed a tear, I'm sure that there is a better place that we all must go when we are taken away. I for one, hope it is NOT the trash can, but hopefully remembered forever. Like Gambino before them, I only hope they will be remembered for all time. May we all pray that there is a light that shines for those who are taken from us before their time, one taken so young. For that will bring us peace. May out hearts feel heavy for a day, but our memories be touched when we think about them. For that is how many are honored.
Who, may you ask am I talking about? I'm talking about the Bento Bunny. Here for a day and gone the next. Taken from us by the most dramatic of queens, the Queen Of Dorks. Bawling over the design gaia had used, she threatened them with a lawsuit. Benevolent as they are, gaia took the item from the gold shop, never to be seen again. Now yes, i'm sure her bunnies ARE cute, but the designs are NOT that similar. Want proof? Her very own bunnies
Now, I for one wouldn't have much cared until I did some digging into her background(out of boredom). The fact of the matter is, she has been stealing designs for years. From sites like Gaia, Weebo, Tokyo Pop, and not to mention other users and artists. Then she sells them on her own websites to make money off of them. Not to mention....it's a onigiri bunny. they have been in bento bowes FOR YEARS. Gaia could have been inspired to make their design from anywhere. So for her to just jump the gun and claim a copyright infringement based sole on the fact that both bunnies are black and white, to me, just seems preposterous.(yes, panda uses big words when he's serious)
It's not the fact that she had the gull to sue gaia that gets to me though. The main reason i'm so riled up is because She's BEEN doing stuff like this for awhile. I for one, would be thrilled if gaia would use a design I made. It would fill me with pride. Now all this girl will get is spam, flamed, bitched at, and her artwork defiled, and I gotta ask....Is it REALLY worth it?

Should gaia be worried about a new fad of people claiming that gaia stole their work?
Is Queen Of Dorks going to claim that ALL of gaia ideas were originally hers, and she just never wrote them down quite yet?
