My neighbors are the type who have a very regimented life style. Friday is vacuum day, 5 and 5:30 am is work out time. Thursdays its wash the cars...and on and on. And... they have this idea that the wall only works one way.
Now, I work nights so their story is an impossibility, but, the other day i am sitting here collecting carrols and bugs in towns with the speakers on level one and, all of a sudden, I hear this bang, BANG BANG on the kitchen wall. Later, being angry, I went outside to ask what the trouble was. So-they tell me that for the last three mornings all they have been hearing is boom, boom, boom in their kitchen. (so who's playing the computer when i'm at work and the kids are asleep-the mice?). I tell them that the noise is well below the legal noise limit and remind them that the wall does, indeed, work both ways. (Boy were they shocked to hear that!).
It turns out that somehow the woofer'd been turned up-it's under the desk so i didn't hear it. Granted it'd be annoying but-instead of pounding on the wall..knock on my door and tell me the problem. I mean-it would've been resolved faster.
They are nasty prigs-they need a swirly. Quick! Hold them down and I'll flush twisted
