Well I have reached the level cap im not sure what I want to do now though. I was trying to get a few unlocks but now im at 60. I can either stay or start over and do things differently. I will probably save my guy first. I wish the level cap was higher making it possible to unlock everything before starting over.
When it says "obtain ___ over a career", say 10000 repair points for example, it means over your total time playing with any character you use, no matter how many times you vet. If I were to have 4000 repair points in SVER then I vetted into Raven, I'd still have those 4000 along with any ribbons or medals from SVER.
It worried me at first too. xD Basically the only thing that has kept me in a faction after reaching lvl 60 is staying to get a 1000 kills weapon medal with the best possible weapon, for example I stayed in SVER to get my AR and SMG ones, Valor for the LMG and Sniper ones etc...
