Cannon Senshi:
First off, yes you may play a cannon senshi.

However,

1. You don't get sole ownership of a cannon senshi.
2. You have to follow cannon.
3. Active and able RPrs may be given Controller status.
4. Controller status means you can make decisions regarding whom that person marries (post-cannon), what children they have, what transformations and attacks they achieve after the ones already described in cannon and when, where and how they ultimately die.
5. Even with controller status, you must share the senshi with anyone who wishes to RP it. However they must follow cannon and YOUR notes on what happens after cannon.
6. It is the Controllers responsibility to keep the Senshi's Profile up to date and provide clear descriptions of any changes, timelines and additions they've made in that profile.
7. If you wish to be the Child of any Cannon senshi, you need to ask that senshi's contoller.
8. If no Controller has been assigned, Sailor Shiva will make choices regarding children. If children are added before you are given controller, you need to somehow work them in.
9. If a Controller goes inactive, a new Controller will be chosen. They cannot undo any changes that the previous controller has already made. (exceptions may be made with Sailor Shiva's permission IF it doesn't conflict with any already existing RPs or Storys.)

Common Otaku

Common Otaku, like Sailor Sun, Sailor IO, Rainbow Senshi, Zodiac Senshi, Gem Senshi and the like, opperate in the same manner any other senshi in the site do, with a couple exceptions.

Any senshi that goes inactive without notification for an extended period of time, may be replaced if someone else wishes to take their place.
