Just rate the avi above you from 1-10.
You can give them constructive criticism, your reasons for the rating they got, items to improve their avatar, or just a plain ol' rating. your choice 3nodding
Dont be mean about it though. By that I mean...dont be a jerk when you give the rating. ex: "your avi sucks, idiot"

I kinda like it! ^^ especially the hair, cape, heels, and eyes. um...it seems to be missing something from rest of the body and the white gloves are a little random. 8.5/10 Psychosis_666 lol I love all your avi's You change your avi like a fat kid eats cake lol. I give you a 10 for SUPERNESS haha thanks! mrgreen what an interesting way of describing my obsession to change... ^^;

its pretty! sort of like some fairy-elf concept. 3nodding
the only thing is that you need more of the light-blue from the dress, on the upper part of your avi (around the head). the brown item in your hand is a little random too.
I suggest you get a 'Borealis' item so it gives your eyes the same mystical look your avi displays.
