Description: The Randir wander the universe in a spherical spacecraft large enough to be considered a small planetoid.
The Craftworld government has separate social bodies and "geographical" districts which are comparable to states. Each social body is a separate political entity with a representative in the Randir government.
The Varangian Guard is the most active Randir organization in terms of actions outside the Craftworld; in other words, the Varangians are the most "galactically" involved organization (other Randir ships wander the galaxy freely privately or in small bands). The Varangians supposedly submit to the authority of the Craftworld Governing Council, but only when on the Craftworld, or near it.
The Craftworld is currently stationary in an area of empty space.
