I didn't know where to put this... I'm kinda new...
My doctors always say 'You look perfectly fine to me.', 'Nothing seems wrong', etc. After a few weeks/months, it's always something. I'm afraid now because I'm showing symptoms to HD (It's pretty obvious to my friends, they clearly see it)... All the mental problems that occur have been put down with ADD (I have perfect grades though.). I have many seizures, but EEG's come back clean.
My family has had various of diseases passed down that it's hard to keep track of.
My name is Remy. I'm 15 years old, have had problems since I was 5-6 years old. Everyday, I have to be woken up every time I almost fall asleep in school because if I sleep, I sleep deeply for long periods of time. Epilepsy has been in my family for years. I have poor eyesight... a skin allergy to wool... My bones are very fragile, they will break in an instant if hit hard enough (My elbow is my most recent break), and various of other medical problems. Quite recently, I have been showing some of the symptoms of HD... I have no family history of it, though I've read there is a rare chance that you could get it without the family history of it. I feel so alone that I don't know if I'll be turned down and be told 'You're fine', 'You look perfectly healthy to me.', etc stuff again. No doctor can diagnose me. My symptoms are all real. crying I don't know what to do, whether or not I should tell my doctors about it, or anything...
I really need a hug right now...

That's when you cuss out the doctor. They out of all people should know it doesn't matter if we look fine or not.
*huggles*

============ The art of being wise
heart I'm sorry, this might sound stupid, but what's HD? (other than the TV set xD)
Did you know that a person can have seizures but the EEG can be normal and normal non-seizure people can have irregular ones? heart
is the art of knowing what to overlook ============

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that HD = Huntingdon's Disease.
*Mega hugs*
Is it possible to ask for a new doctor/second opinion?
But that said, try to not let an internet diagnosis get you down. Those sorts of things really can let your imagination run away down a dark path and then it's difficult to not jump to "OMG that's a symptom too!", it could be something else entirely.
I'd see about getting an appointment with a different doctor (I don't know how the USA system works but here in the UK you can ask to see a different doc) and see what they say/think.

AkibeJosephus I'd see about getting an appointment with a different doctor (I don't know how the USA system works but here in the UK you can ask to see a different doc) and see what they say/think. It varies. Some doctors you can only see by referral.
