Battle Factory  DESCRIPTION -Before entering the Battle Factory, you will be asked to hand over their current party in exchange for rental Pokémon. You will then be able to choose three out of six random Pokémon to rent and battle another Trainer with rental Pokémon in that round. After winning a battle,your Pokémon will be healed completely, and the player will have the option to continue, rest, retire, or rewatch the last battle. If you continue, you will be offered a trade - one of the rental Pokémon for yout opponent's rental Pokémon, but you can't see the Pokémon's status before trading. A scientist will tell you what Pokémon your opponent will be using before every battle, but after you progresses through consecutive battles, the scientist will tell you less and less. After three rounds, or twenty trainers, the Factory Head, Liam Hikari, will most likely challenge you to a battle. Keep in mind that he is subject to the same rules you are - he'll have to use rental Pokemon just like you do. Win, and you win bucket-loads of BP. Lose, and you walk away with a kick to the ego. LOCATION -The Battle Factory is the northern-eastern facility. PEOPLE - Use science or die, is the Factory's unofficial motto. RESOURCES/EVENTS/PLACES OF INTEREST - ?: - Are you kidding? The whole place is a place of interest, and every battle an event! MYTH/LORE - Sceptile's a pretty cool guy - he has a twig and doesn't afraid of anything.

 Battle Factory Brain
 xxxxxxxxxLiam Hikari"Yeah. You're gonna lose."xxxxxLiam touched down outside the Factory, just in time to see Ally enter the Arcade to the south of his facility. Las jumped off of Whiplash with a little 'yelp', nodding some sort of thanks to the Salamence who had given him the ride. Whiplash seemed pleased with this, and Liam became fonder of the idea of using the two as a tag team. There were plenty of strategies that he could make use of with a bulky dragon like Whiplash and a tiny speed demon like Las.
Liam entered the Factory, the doors squeaking open just like they had done a few days ago when the Brain had returned. "This place could do with a clean," he said, releasing Twister and attaching four dusters to each of his limbs, and had him spin around the floor, making it spotless once more. The Hitmontop even did wonders with the smeared glass. In a few minutes the place was spotless.
"Nice job there Twist~" he said, patting the Hitmontop on the head, before passing over a few berries for the hard work. After a quick trip to the back room and a quick oil of the door, and the Factory was good as new!
"Well, I guess I better get down to work," he said, before sitting at the PC and getting down to some paperwork that had built up over the months he was absent.

  xxxxxxxxxAiden "Roz" Cherrywoodxxxxxxxxx "I'm the poisonous flower of the Cherrywood family!"  As he always did, Roz came tearing down through the sky, headed straight for the Battle Factory. Rogue veered up soon enough to keep Roz from turning into a Cherrywood pancake on the ground while the blonde nut was making crowd cheering noises. Once he had landed and Rogue was returned, the Cherrywood started slamming on the front doors. "Liam! LIIIIIAAAAAM! I want my moose! Do you have anymore watermelons? I need some chocolate! CAN I HAVE A WATER BUFFALO?!""And I also like to blow things up!"

"Many start out as weaklings..."  "Few prevail and become stronger. The efforts of those left behind will always remain futile." ".............." The girl appeared to be humming to amuse herself, however stopped when a loud and obnoxious noise was heard from the inside of the Battle Factory. Her sweat dropped, because she'd rather be in a quiet environment than a loud one. But first it wasn't bad to check the place out before winging it, correct? "......... Interesting." There were machines and glowing lights everywhere. She didn't know what the rules of this place were, but it most certainly looked like challenge. Noel whistled on a note of approval. Now.... If she could get into a decent battle without encountering anyone troublesome. "Assuming that- in the end, only the strong will have authority." "I shall become one of the few."

xxxxxxxxxLiam Hikari"Yeah. You're gonna lose."xxxxx"Afternoon, Cherrywood," Liam said coldly, not looking up from his work. "Came to make me look like a fool some more did you? I hate to say it but there's little use in putting on that act when it's just the two of us here. I don't think you're gonna convince me that who you were in our battle was just an illusion, and it seems futile to try and sully my reputation when there's nobody else here to see what a supposed fool I lost to." He paused, putting down his pen and turning his swivel chair to face the blonde.
"But of course, we're both aware that you know better than to waste your time," the Brain continued, "So what brings you all this way out to my Facility?" Despite Liam's distrust and hatred towards Roz, it was hardly worth yelling at the so called 'maniac' when there was nobody else present to believe his act.
It was at this point that a new face walked in. Liam nodded and smiled, but didn't say a word to the visitor. There were plenty of people who came to the Frontier just to look around - after all, some of the most respected trainers run and frequented the facilities, and over time Liam had learned to not ask every passer-by if they were interested in a challenge, as this was usually followed by a lengthy explanation into why they weren't.

He honestly didn't care about her sudden appearance and doubted that one other person wouldn't be all that bad. He dropped his hands down to his sides, heaving a breath of relief. "Good Arceus that gets harder and harder to do each day. . ." He started scratching the back of his neck as he approached Liam. "The watermelon stunt made me swallow a few seeds. Think I may just have a little plant growing down in my stomach." He chuckled, then glanced down to Liam, immediately stopping when he noticed his. . .well. . .not laughing look. "Err. . .right. . .look, you know the first battle we had wasn't an illusion. In fact, you're the only person that knows what I'm doing is. I'm not here to make you look like a fool. It's not my quest in life to make you look like a fool. Just my quest to beat a Brain whenever possible." He started trailing off about beating the Frontier Brains one of these days.
The blonde shook his head. "Anyway, I came here to challenge you to another match. And before you disagree, think of it this way, you beat me and we'll be even, 1-to-1. If you want, you could raise the stakes, but either way I won't be leaving without a match from you." Roz started to grin again, gripping a Pokéball in one of his pockets."And I also like to blow things up!"

He stood and waited for a moment, finally speaking when he realized Liam was completely serious. "Alright, fine. The reason I don't act so sane is because of family problems. There are 7 of us, you see? Not exactly a very calm childhood. Not to mention out of all the Trainers in the family I was the weakest. Not exactly great for the self esteem.
"It also turned out that moving away from the lot doesn't help much either. It's been almost three years since I moved to Cianwood all by myself. I had no food, money, and barely even a home. You know how hard it is to find work in that place at age 15? All I really had were my Pokémon and even then it was hard to make any money. Not a whole lot of newbie Trainers want to fight a sheep that could take Cerberus's place and a giant metallic snake. And if that's not the best part, here is. I learned the other day one of my brothers is a sadistic Rocket member. Like, he doesn't exactly care who's in his way as long as the job gets done. It's mainly stuff like that that I prefer people wouldn't know. That why I have the facade. To keep people from knowing. I'd much rather have them think I'm a total moron than try to be sympathetic. That good enough for ya?" Roz pushed a few lock of shaggy hair out of the way of his eyes showing somewhat of a glare that focused in on Liam. He, too, had forgotten Noel was even there."And I also like to blow things up!"

xxxxxxxxxLiam Hikari"Yeah. You're gonna lose."xxxxxLiam paused for a moment, a little surprised that Roz gave in to Liam's demands so easily. After mulling it over for a few seconds, he stood up abruptly, grabbed his glasses, put them back in their rightful place, and gave a quick smile - a real smile this time, without the sarcasm or the sense of one-upmanship - before turning around and striding towards the door that led to the battle room. He called out over his shoulder to the blonde behind him, "let's get you this battle then."
The glass door slid open as Liam inserted a small key card, and stepped through the doorway. Now inside the battle room, a vast, cavernous room made of glass and corners and various bits of machine. "Normally, you'd have to go through several of my subordinates, but I think I can make an exception for once," he called to Roz, still outside the room. "You coming, Roz?" he said, flashing a smile at the blonde. "Let's show you how things have come along since our battle in Olivine."

While he may have opened up a bit more than he wanted to to Liam, at least he got a battle out of him. The blonde quickly followed the red-headed Brain into the vast backroom, his energy revving up for the upcoming match. He took his spot across the field from Liam, the goofy grin still sitting on his face. "And let me demonstrate how much stronger I've become since our first encounter!" He gripped a Pokéball, practically ripping it out of his pocket and readying himself. "I wanna start this off a little easy. Mason!" When he tossed the ball onto the field, the normal flash of light enveloped the room, followed by the skittering of a Spinarak that was staged before Roz.
"I need this guy to get some experience anyway, so why not now?""And I also like to blow things up!"

Mason's only move that could deal neutral damage was Leech Life, and that was a little to up close and personal for Roz. Especially when Scabbard already got a Swords Dance up. Not to mention Spinarak wasn't the greatest Pokémon Roz could have started out with. That Pawniard beat it every which way. In fact, the only thing the little red and black stabby thing didn't beat Mason in were the two special areas, and even then it matched him. Mason would have one helluva time trying to win this part of the match.
"Alrighty then. Let's open with a Shadow Sneak, Mason!" Mason replied with somewhat of a shrill shriek before extending his shadow out past Sacabbard, a shadow of himself appearing behind him and giving him a quick burst of ghostly energy before disappearing."And I also like to blow things up!"

xxxxxxxxxAiden "Roz" Cherrywoodxxxxxxxxx "I'm the poisonous flower of the Cherrywood family!" It would taker precise timing to dodge, but that was something Roz had plenty of faith in. The spider, after reappearing and noticing the sudden blitzkrieg from the Pawniard, he managed to leap to the side, effectively dodging the red and black Pokémon, then hopping back behind it, suddenly latching itself on the being's back.
Roz couldn't help but look elated at this point. He knew exactly what to do now. "Mason, Leech Life!" While it wouldn't do a whole ton, mainly because a Pawniard's Defense was higher than a Spinarak's Attack, the stab and neutral damage it got would at least cause some sort of damage, and it Scabbard didn't get the Spinarak off in time, it could mean a quick victory for the bug."And I also like to blow things up!"

You're gonna lose."xxxxxLiam had to admit that Roz' tactics were interesting, and now that he didn't feel as angry towards his opponent, it became much easier to appreciate the originality of the tactics. The Brain was hardly worried about the Spinarak, though. Scabbard's defence meant that the Leech Life didn't even slow the Pawniard, and he retaliated immediately by slashing behind his back, vertically so that if the Spinarak did manage to escape the Slash, Scabbard wouldn't hurt himself. Luckily for Liam, at this point the Spinarak's fangs were still leeching off of Scabbard's neck, and so it made for an easier aim.
"That's it Scabbard! Don't give him a moment's rest!"
