A buzzing sound comes over the PA System, before ‘Superbeast’ by Rob Zombie starts playing. As the chorus sounds, Joshua Danielson throws the curtains aside and steps out onto the stage! He is in his street clothes tonight, as he is not scheduled to wrestle tonight. Slung on his shoulder is the EWA World Championship belt he just defended successfully at EWA’s last PPV.
Looking out at the crowd, he has a tired look on his face, obviously having issues he feels he needs to discuss out here in front of everybody. Joshua continued down the ramp, before getting to the ring area. Once he got down there, he walked up the steps and a ring hand came over and gave him a microphone before he stepped between the ropes. Once he was inside the ring, ‘Superbeast’ dropped out, and Joshua paced around a bit before he raised the microphone to his lips.
“Hello there everybody in the crowd, everybody watching at home. A special hello to everybody in the back, including the management who just so happened to decide to not book me tonight.”
The crowd booed Joshua not getting booked, but Joshua went on through their boos.
“Yes crowd, you heard me right… ‘The Punisher’ Joshua Danielson is not scheduled to wrestle here tonight in EEW. The very SAME Joshua Danielson who two cards ago was wrestling in the main event. The very same Joshua Danielson who last week defeated James ‘Bounty’ Hunter last week. Yet for some reason, I’m not on this week’s card… Hmm… Wonder why? If anybody has an answer for that, please, tell me. Because I’m DYING to know why.
“Yet, if I don’t get an answer, it really won’t bother me, because it’s just the same thing that happens every time I step into an EEW ring. Nobody seems to care about ‘The Punisher’ now do they? Well, let me rephrase that… Nobody BACKSTAGE seems to care about ‘The Punisher’… Because YOU, the CROWD seems to care, right?”
The crowd gives a cheap pop to Joshua, who continued after they stopped.
“What I want to know is why? Is it because they think I’m not marketable? Hell, that’s why I had to pay a shitload of money to publish both my autobiography, AND my ‘best of’ DVD… By the way, both of which are available at my website… double-you double-you double-you dot Joshua Danielson dot com… Or is it because they think I’m not good enough? Hell, I’ve never held a title in EEW, and it’s been a while since my last title shot…
“But I know it’s not for lack of effort. Every time I step into the ring, I fight with all my heart and all my soul. I fight hard enough to earn the respect of MANY of the other stars backstage, hell, many times, I’ve taken our current EEW World Champion to the limit. I guess I’ve seemed to earn the respect of our fans, because they cheer a lot every time I’m out here. I also know it’s not for lack of match quality. Every single match I’m in, maybe with the exception of last week’s match with Hunter, is exciting and draws heavy ratings. Look at my feud with Marxx… Every single one of those matches and segments were CONSISTENTLY some of the highest ratings on their respective shows.
“I guess that brings me to my loyalty to EEW. Sure, I’ve wrestled in other promotions, but who else doesn’t? But the fact is, I’ve made it known that EEW is my first promotion, and I’ve defended it well. Anybody remember back to the days of EEW vs. RWA? If anybody can remember back that far, they can remember that I fought VALIANTLY for EEW! I defeated three RWA stars in one night! But nobody remembers that, right? Why is that? Is it because it was so long ago? I think not. I think it’s because I’ve been made to look like I’m not a top-tier competitor here in EEW. And that’s on the management. For as long as I can remember, I’ve complied with everything EEW management wanted for me. I’ve taken whatever bookings they’ve given me. I’ve taken the one-off matches that were supposed to go somewhere. I’ve taken the random pairings. I’ve sat here like a good little dog and drank the kool-aid. But NO MORE.
“You see, there’s this other little promotion I’m a part of… I guess I shouldn’t say little, because you all know of it. It’s called Evolution Wrestling Association. I just so happen to be the World Heavyweight Champion there.”
Joshua pointed to the title belt around his shoulder and the crowd cheered him.
“See, there, rather than here, I’ve gotten all the opportunities in the world. I’m a two time World Champion, and I’m also a former EWA Zero-Gravity Champion, a belt that I held for 123 days, and I was also voted Extremist of the Year in EWA! See, EWA is where I can take whatever I’m doing, and take it to the next level, because I’m not consistently being held down by the management there. In any case, it’s exactly the OPPOSITE! Management WANTS to see the best at the top. Management in EWA expects only the best out of their competitors, and that’s what they get.
“So what I’m out here to say is, that as loyal as I have been in the past, like others before me, I’m considering my self no longer an EEW competitor. I am no longer taking bookings from Extreme Entertainment Wrestling, no matter how much they want to book the Face of the Year for 2009... Oh yeah, another title I won outside of EEW…
“Anyway, I don’t expect there to be a wave of disappointment going through EEW at my departure, and I bet EEW management are pissed that I’m taking up valuable airtime that is being taken up by me, that could be used to push another talent less hack… So I’ll end this with saying, I’m sorry to the fans. Because, barring unforeseen circumstances, this is the last time you’ll be seeing ‘The Punisher’ Joshua Danielson in an EEW ring.”
With that, the crowd was booing and chanting “Please Don’t Go! Please Don’t Go!” but Joshua had set the microphone down in the center of the ring and left the arena without stopping to look at the fans he is leaving behind.

The commercial cuts back with Chrono Clepsydra owner of the EWA in the ring.
"Ladies and Gentlemen for those that don't know I was the former owner of EEW, while simultaneously ran EWA. Now for the record ever since I lost my ownership in EEW, I've noticed that the superstar morale deteriorated, stars leave, fans leave and are bored with the overall product.
Why is that? Why is it that the most hated person in EEW history made watching and coming to EEW the greatest thing ever?
Because I gave EVERYONE a match, if they worked hard they got pushes.
Yeah my associates got pushes more than the others, but you cannot deny they didn't work hard. Claire Hawkins, Nuke Fusion, Lauri Henry, Kelly King 2.0 they ALL worked for their dreams and they got rewarded.
Which brings me to Joshua Danielson. You see I saw a potential that Danielson had that no one else noticed. Not Cartwright, not anyone. He worked from the ground up and now he's the longest reigning champion of all time thus far. He's been in the most brutal matches and feuds that I've tossed his way and he's come out on top.
So this June at our Dementium PPV, I've noticed that Danielson doesn't have a challenger to his championship, that's about to change.
Joshua you've faced every competitor tossed your way, now prepare for one you haven't faced.
A former world champion that's coming out of retirement just for this match. A person who's done everything possible in wrestling history.
That person is me."
The crowd was speechless after Chrono proclaimed himself Danielson's challenger.
"You're right EWA Management expects the best out of their competitors, but to be the best you have to beat the best. I expect to see you at your best, because I'll be at mine. Brings me to you EEW, your constant need to belittle talent and politics as you let management control matches has brought it to this.. Jed, Jed we've been at war for five years. Yet our paths have never crossed, because you were afraid of me, and its pretty evident you still are. By shooting me, and then banning me from Burn. Jed I've realized that you've shot me I realize you're not worth retaliating against. Why? Because you're a scared little b***h who politics his way to the top.
Have you ever earned anyone of your championships? By my count no, you don't deserve the honor of being in the same ring as me.
This young man Joshua Danielson does, so when it comes to who I'd rather face between the two. Well then ******** you Jed, you don't deserve to be graced with my presence. Never have and never will be. Danielson, I'll see you at Dementium.. Jed, I'll see you in hell with all the sinners"
Chrono dropped his mic as the EEW universe was shocked

(Good promo guys.
@Tyler: The reason you weren't booked was because I was going to give you a short break. But I'm glad you did the promo because, this is for everyone, if you don't have a match do a promo. Or you can just sit out this card. )
Jed was shown in his office.
Guy#1: Chrono was just seen on EEW sir.
Jed: I know this, but it seems he is about to leave so I'll be nice and let him. However if he shows up again have security escort him out.
Guy#1:Yes sir!
