Even though not necessarily Christian, there are a few musicals/plays out there that do show Christian themes or morals, in at least part of them.
What are ya'lls favorite musicals?
Mine: Les Miserables (Introduced me to musical theater and its great too!)
Cats (Yes I'm one of THOSE people)
Wicked (regardless of some of the elements shown it does have a great message {not necessarily a Christian message, but a good moral)
RENT (You can learn a lot from RENT, looking past the issues of sexuality, and language, I reccomend watching the live stage version though its cleaner than the movie version (although I prefer the musicality of the movie version)
Slipper and the Rose (Not Broadway, or off Broadway, its an old British musical based on Cinderella, with Richard Chamberlain and Gemma Craven...really good! Look it up!)

Lizabella Angel Dont hate me for saying this... but i do like high school musical... I also like west side story, hairspray, footloose, phantom of the opera and guys and dolls. I wont hate you...I'll pray for you...JK! The only thing I have wrong with it is its overpublicity... (kindof how I now feel about Twilight {and I used to be somewhat obsessed}) I've seen all the others on that list, but footloose, havent seen it all the way through (seen bits and pieces of it but never all the way)

To dragonfreakpk: Oh cool you were in a musical? biggrin sounds like fun! I've always wanted to be in one, but I've never had the courage to try out for it alone because none of my friends were interested in musical theatre >_<

I like Moulin Rouge, Chicago, Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Miss Saigon, and Sound of Music. (Yeah there's a musical of that.) I only like HSM and Hairspray because Zac Efron was there. (I was once director in my school production of Moulin Rouge. It was fun.)
