His head pounded as he woke up. Evidence that he had used a lot of magic the night before. That fight went pretty smooth to anyone that would have seen it, but energy wise, it was enormous. He hadn't had to focus that much since his defensive magic finals. He had nearly passed out after that. Magic may look easy, but it took a lot out of the wizard.
Evan slowly sat up and put a hand over his face. The light coming in the window hurt his eyes. He wanted to just lay back down and sleep more, but he knew he had to keep up his cover. Normal high school student. Normal high school student attending an all girls school. Yeah, normal. He let out a sigh and slowly rolled out of bed.
It only took about thirty minutes but Evan was now dressed and headed out the door. Maybe he should have taking a few classes on cloning magic before this.
