Weapon(s): - Himeko: Himeko is a puppet that looks almost impossibly human with a surreal beauty. Blue eyes with circular rings around the pupil, long blond hair, pale skin. It was said that it was indeed a real human at some point that had done ill to Hotaru, and was in turn turned into a puppet. Like any other puppet, Himeko had posion and weapons inside of her. Her nails and teeth (whenever her hidden mouth was opened) looked normal enough but was sharp and dangerous as a newly sharpened blade. Poison was hidden in every compartment of the body, along with more weapons.

-Chakra Threads: The basic skill required for any puppet jutsu is to create and manipulate chakra threads. Each thread is formed of molding chakra into a very thin line, making it nearly impossible to detect. The threads are attached to puppets to make them move.
-Puppet Replacement: Himeko is quickly and perfectly disguised as Hotaru, while she hides and waits until her puppet is attacked. Once it is attacked though Hotaru triggers Himeko’s weapons.
Kikō Junbū: This chakra shield can be installed in any puppet. A mechanism inside the puppet opens its arms into a couple of segments, through which the user radiates their chakra. The chakra spreads out like a thin film and turns into a protective sheet, blocking all physical attacks and some jutsu. While the shield does block Iron Sand, it does not prevent it from seeping into the joints of the puppets, which leads them to being disabled
Denkou Kairai: This can be used as an add on for Puppet Replacement, or if Himeko is ever grabbing onto someone. What this Electric based jutsu does is gets close to someone or have a good hold on them before becoming a conductor for electricity and sending jolt after jolt of electricity through the victim.
Sōen: Hitomi Gokū: A puppet performance technique where chakra threads are attached to various spots on a person's body; the head, torso, both arms, and both legs.
The origins of this technique lie on the battlefield. When a puppet user's puppets were all destroyed, they would begin using corpses. [Though if the chakra is strong enough, it can take control of the other person with or without them agreeing.]
-Denkou Sutoringusu: This jutsu can be done in two different ways. The first one is by use of the chakra threads, infusing electric currents to make ten thin threads of electricity. Generally this causes merely an electric shock, possibly making the muscles spasm or the person unable to breath. The other way is two very long electric whips coming forth from the hands. This could quickly stop the heart from beating, causing deep burns in tissue that would require major surgery, or simply enough leaving a person permanently disabled.
-Denkou Hinoko: The user produces an electric field, or more known at static electricity, near an area that is surrounded by an explosive atmosphere. In turn this would cause an explosion, the size of it depending greatly on how thick the explosive atmosphere is.
-Denkou Kyuutai:By concentrating chakra into the palm of their hand, the user can hurl a sphere of lightning towards an opponent.
-Denkou Jinshaku: This jutsu creates electrical clouds around the area that attract metal, any metal projectiles thrown will be altered because of the clouds. This can be dangerous for both parties.
DescriptionsPersonality: Hotaru is a normally happy and pleasant girl, when people do not get in her way or annoy her. Her attitude can shift with the slightest of ease from sweet and innocent to chopping off someones limbs and putting them to the side for experiments.

Bio: The girl is often thought of as a scientist, or a doctor, depending on someones relationship with her. She comes from a clan that uses blood of the strong to keep their bodies youthful and powerful. They have often been called Vampires. Currently there are only four known clan members left, and Hotaru is the only female of them. Normally this would be no big deal, but it is for her. This clan is made up of numerous families with the same ability, and they are not suppose to marry outside of this clan, there fore the remaining three males are hot in search of Hotaru.
