Hello and welcome to The City Of Gold, I will be your lovely hostess while you are within this thread.

Here in The City of Gold, I will be hosting games, contest, and giveaways to participates. I will try to make this place as lively and active as I can, but I need your help also.

So now before we get anywhere or on to anything I ask you kindly to follow these basic rules while you are within this thread, and if you plan on participating in any of the lovely things I have to offer, I ask you once again not to just follow the basic rules but to follow the rules for each section.

Basic Rules

1. Follow Gaia's Rules and Regulations
2. Follow All Guild Rules that have been set into place.
3. Never Beg or ask for a donation.
4. I would like it if I did not get any random Friend request's.
5. Pm's are open, but only if there is a really good need for it.
6. Everyone is on equal ground, There is not a single person higher then another.
7. Crew Members do not get special treatment, there for No one will get special treatment.
8. Be nice and thankful. If you win something don't rub it into other people's faces.
9. Always say thank you, if you ever get something.
10. I'm not Rich, I worked hard for what I have.
11. Be Nice to everyone.
12. Please only speak English.
13. Never ever cheat.
14. Don't get on my bad side.
15. If you do something stupid, I will make fun of you.
16. I can add or change rules when needed.
17. Always and I mean always HAVE FUN.
18. No chat-speak or L33t speak, please and thank you.

The Contest's

As you may have noticed, this is the contest section and it will hold all the Contest I have to offer along with what you maybe able to win. I say "maybe able to win" because you might not always be the one winning the contest.

In each Contest I will try to have 3 place holders, which means a First place prize, a Second place prize and a Third place prize. Although this may not always be the case, it depends upon the contest.

Tektek Contest

Alright, so I need a new avatar, one that is cute and has some kind of theme to it. But before you go running off to make one let me give you some information.

I've been on gaia since 2006 and I have always had a nice expensive avatar but now I'm doing something different. I'm looking for an avatar that is just made up of gold shop items, with a few exceptions.

So can you be my avatar fairy?

Rules
1. You must use a Female Base.
2. I use Skin Base #3.
3. I don't care for the Special Bases.
4. One of the exception items is one Yemaya's Pearl, First Gen.
5. My Hair must be Girl's Lolita Black any color.
6. My Eye's must be Girl's Bright Eyes.
7. My eye color can be any color, But I like Green, Purple or Blue.
8. One of the exception items is one Great Old One.
9. You can not use any items from the Dernier Cri! shop.
10. Just Link to tektek.. No need for an image. I'll add one.
11. Do not use any Evolving items, Rig Items, MC's or Event items. Only normal Shop Items Please.
12. You can only enter once.
13. This will end when there are about 10 or 15 avatars to choose from.

Prizes
First Place :: 150k
Second Place :: 75k
Third Place :: 35k

So Tingo gave me an idea with his Riddle thread.. However I don't want to step on any toe's or repeat Riddles.. So I will be doing "What am I" instead.. They are kinda the same thing.. but not really..

1. No Cheating.. Don't look it up on the internet.
2. Alright this is changed.. I think I confused people with is so go ahead and guess as many times as you would like to.
3. There can only be one winner
4. I will only give out clue's but it will not excited two. I will do them if no one guesses correctly.
5. There will be a New one after the current one is answered.
6. If you have already won, you must wait 3 "what am I" riddles before you try to win again.

The Games

This is the game section.. And that means easy money right? I would think so.

In each game there will only be 1 place holder, because well it would be hard to have any other place holders.
