I was outside today making a video with my ipod (which I got last week) and my neighbor comes over and throws a frisbie at my arm and I drop the ipod. When I pick it up, the screen is falling appart. I got really mad and I started screaming at him. But now I'm starting to feel kind of bad, like I shouldn't have yelled at him. But I got all the money myself, and like I said, I only got the thing last week. Do you think I had a right to yell at him?

Well, I was kinda hiding because I knew he was trying to throw it at me. But At the time I was sitting at the bottom of the deck outside and going through my previous videos...and he throws it and it hits me right in the arm that I was holding the ipod in. I wasn't paying much attention, because I thought he was on the other side of the house.

Unless he did... and if that's the case, then he definately deserved to be yelled at. mad

I think that he should have to pay, for you, to get a new one. But that is my opinion.
