Story
The world has gone quiet. The radio is static and hte tv is gone blank. No news and no talking. No one knows what happened. The adults in the whole world just disapeared. All those eighteen and up were just gone. At first the kids were like "OMG NO PARENTS, PARTY!!" but after a few weeks and no parents or authority it kinda soured. Things got bad, kids rioting. Teenagers taking advatage of others. But then there was light. A japanese kid name Light Aya stepped up and proclaimed a new world older. Being seventeen, eleven months, and 21 days old, he was the oldest so all the teenagers and kids flocked to him. He laid down some simple rules and told them of the conquences. He set up workers, entertainers, and helpers. Now the electricty was working and everything was a bit more normal he just dispeared. Out of the blue, no one can tell where he went. He was just gone. So now all that is left was his rules.
Rule One: Don't kill each other because jeez thats kinda bad
Rule Two: Don't go stealing and jumping each other, share and everthing will be fine
Rule Three: Be nice and don't take advantage of others because that is just being a d**k
So now a hundered years later, people gotta survive by learning to live. But some people dont wanna let that happen. They want Choas forever. Who's to stop them? Let's found out.

About a Year after Light appeared ((for reference it was called Year of EnLightment, a pun off light's name)), Light made a couple of groups dedicated to certain Ideals. At firsts there was only Genesis, Tinker, Melody, and Winger. And from there new clans just popped up. But after Light dispeared the new leader made a few more little off-beat ones. Arrow, Mecha, and Wave. Each clan discreption is below, I will add symbols later.
Clans
Genesis
A clan bent on helping people where need be. It was started by Light and was the first clan. They helped put out fires, restored buildings, salvaged books, built new homes for people, and rescued people from certain death on numerous occasions. But nowadays, there a rare clan to find.
Tinker
The second clan to be made. Thier goal was to improve technology and help set new horizions ever closer. They did everything from build prototype weapons, build servent robots, fix cars, make new inventions, and craft andriods with seemingly life like human emtions. They were always thinking of new stuff no matter what. One even built a self-propelling energy source. Only the most dedicated are in this guild.
Melody
The third clan to be made, it was made about the same time of Winger. Thier goal was to restore music to a even better version from the past. They rediscovered rap ((not a good thing)), the sad country melody, and rock-n-roll. They are even working on restoring classical music. They are usual mellow people who like to zone out. Laid-back people usual join this clan.
Winger
The Fourth clan to be made. The Winger's goal is to reawaken air travel, from planes to riding the wind with wings of thier own. With the help of the tinkers they made some shoes that can ride the wind itself ((hehe lets see hwo many get the reference)). They are usual entergetic people who aim is the sky itself.
Choas
A secertive clan that just recently popped up. Thier goal is to cause disseray and disaster and damage. There members vary from cruel people to people with a cause to hate this world. They say man is not the only species in the clan.
Arrow
A clan made to research the anceint war machines of the old world. Military style leadership and ranks. This clan is too serious for its own good, comment made by a Mr. Hane who disapeared some time after. They are the ones to see about purchases the best makeshift weapons. From rusty pistols to rusty swords, they say they keep thier best weapons to themselves.
Mecha
This clan makes war machines, like walker tanks and flying bomb droppers. They are more of a second division of Arrow, but sometimes arrow and mecha clash. Very dangerous time when they do war.
Wave
The clan that lives for the water. They are seen swimming or inventing new ways of sea travel every day. The people who join are usualy wishy washy or very stern like a unstoppable wave.
Aperio Mysterium (latin for 'to uncover mystery')
Its a secretive clan of a very few memebers. the clan works to discover all the hidden things and facts about mysterys of present and past. Adelina is the clan's leader. The inquistive join this clan.
