The rumors have been laid to rest. Sure, EA has not announced it, but there's a listing at Best Buy and another retailer. Last night, Zoey2070* posted on The Sims 3 forums about her find and there is now an announcement about it on simprograms.com.

I personally think that this stuff pack will have stuff based on the Daredevil trait.
