I am too lazy to make separate topics about this so lets just lump it into one.

First of all, who has played Red Dead Redemption and what do you think of it?

Second of all, who went to see Prince Of Persia and what did you think of that?

I will post my opinions on both after I get a little feedback from all of you.

I just can't bring myself to go see DISNEY'S Prince of Persia...with Jake Gyllenhal as the Prince?! I'll wait for the DVD comes out so I can watch a decent stream of it online. That way, I don't feel shafted for spending money on what will probably be crap.

And I've heard good things from Red Dead. I'm hoping to rent it sometime, but it'll be pointless at the moment as I'm still trying to get through Final Fantasy XIII.

Prince of Persia wasn't bad at all. It wasn't childish like Disney's trademark. Pirates Of The Caribbean was made by Disney and it isn't childish. In fact almost 60% of PoP is Jake Gyllenhal sword fighting. The other 40% is storyline and parkour.

Red Dead is good. I wouldn't suggest renting it though, it is too big and vast to rent. It is probably best to buy

I wasn't a big fan of the Pirate movies...they just ended up being so ridiculous. Like I said, I'll probably watch the movie online when it comes out on DVD. I'll just have low expectations though...that way, I might be pleased with the outcome.

And yeah, you'd think with as long as games are getting, they'd increase the length of time you can rent games. I spent like 130 hours on Final Fantasy XII and I still haven't done everything in that game yet. I'm up to about 50-60 in FFXIII...but it's not nearly as disappointing as XII.
