Personality: Due to a life of having to fight, steal and trade to survive, Victor has become hardened to the world around him. He doesn't trust people easily but once his trust is won, he is fiercly loyal. Victor wears all of his emotions on his sleev thanks to the inabilty to speak and convey them through words. Some have called him a hot-head due to how fast he can become angry, especially when his father is mentioned.
History: Victor was born in Chicago to a well known and well-feared mob boss. At 10 years old, Vic has found himself mute. He had tried speaking on many occasions but nothing would come out of his mouth. Due to his condition, his father disowned him because he would not have a "retard" take over the family business. Without thinking twice, Victor's father kicked him out of the house. Two days after leaving, the hungry Victor met a friendly bum who taught him how to fight, steal and abrter to survive. After a month, the bum passed away, leaving Victor alone to fend for himself. As he aged, he quickly started to realize that he was different. At 14, his powers first presented themselves. During a fight with another individual, he was struck hard. As he opened his mouth to scream, his opponent was blasted backwards by a powerful wind. Before the fight could get uglier, Victor took off. Scared of what people would do to him once they found out about him, he left town. He continued fighting and stealing across the country, never staying more than one night in the same place. As he traveled, he started to practice his powers trying to figure out exactly what he could do. He managed to make his way to New York. As he found his staying dwelling for the night, he eavesdropped on a couple people talking about an Institute. Deciding it might be worth it to check out, he started toward the Institute, not really expecting anything to happen.

Personal Description: Victor stands at 5' 11". His eyes a dark red color. They were brown at one point but when his powers came to light they changed. Any time he uses his powers, his eyes glow. His white hairs sits in a mess on top of his head, always appearing as if he had been walking in a strong wind. He is fairly skinny, appearing malnourished most of the time. Wheneverever he walks, he keeps his head down and does his best to avoid eye contact. In times of emotional distress, his hands will twtich and his hair will flutter in a breeze that suddenly appeared.

Fashion: Victor wears a long trenchcoat with the word "Whisper" stitched in the back. Under the coat, he wears a whit t-shirt, black jeans and a pair of muddy combat boots. His clothes are stained and and and smell as if they hadn't been washed in years. (they haven't).

Powers and Personal Weaknesses
Powers: Can manipulate the air to create and control wind. With his hands he can change the wind's direction and control it to blow items away or lift and retrieve them. When he wishes, he can also create a powerful wind inside his body and release it via his mouth. He can also use his abilities to pull off several highly acrobatic moves.
Weaknesses: In a sealed room (i.e. a vault, vacuum chamber) Victor is completely powerless. The more powerful the wind, the more energy it takes from him so he must exercise caution when using his powers.
