Movies that were suppost to be seriouse but people (mostly homosexuals(dont ask me why)) thought it was funny, OR movies that are making fun of seriouse movies or are "just over the top"...something considered amusing not because of its originality but because of its unoriginality.
D.E.B.S is a campy movie and was made to be one....
Attack of the 50-foot Woman it a campy movie only because it is funny even though it was never ment to be.
It is hard to explain

I saw D.E.B.S, that was amusing. I'm not too sure what else qualifies as campy, I'm still missing it. Oh well.

I thought campy was generally used to mean having homosexual overtones (in other words, movies which aren't meant to be but end up seeming very gay). Not sure though; the word's always confused me.
