Decepticons
-All dragons born in the pack have a 5% chance of inheriting Branding (magic).
-Dragons born in the pack with one parent who is Brander have a 10% chance.
-Dragons born in the pack with two parents who are Branders have a 15% chance.
-Dragons whose parents have latent branding don't get a bonus.
-Branding can not be acquired by dragons born outside of the pack.
Sereitei
-Shoulder tattoos won't be passed down
-White scarves around the neck won't be passed down
-Badges won't be passed down
