One part of the guild additions will be new martial arts masters. While some may be added from the show, this thread is here so that each member can submit their own master if they so chose.

I only request that the master be related to your character somehow.

For example, Sening's submission of Asakari 7 (see Sening's posts or Timeline of Events) has already been aproved.

The mods and I will decide if each master will go in or if the master can go in but one or more of the attacks cannot. To submit a master just give his/her/its:

Name:
Race (You can try whatever you'd like, but your best bet is to use the race list.):
Location (Be as specific as you'd like, but at least give the realm (Other World, King or West Kai's, Earth, Namek, Hell, Vegeta):
Techniques (Since they are related to your character, the master may be able to teach one or more of your original moves. Do not assign point values. Simply describe up to three original techniques you'd like him/her/it to teach. They may not all be aproved.):
Description/Bio/Personality/History (How would you like your master portrayed? You can add in alignment or how your character knows your master. Maybe something for the Back Story thread.):

After some extenseve though, I thought I would give each king a spesific thing the speacialize in, and thats what they teach.

Ex. King one teaches ki attaks, King two physical attaks, King three phycic/mental attacks, etc. (etc. only cause I haven't decided what to make the fourth King)

Though much has been though of, I have come up with three attacks for the phycic/mental King that I feel comfortable submitting. as you know, this is only a prototype of him and the moves, and any bugs you find (and you will find some) will be tweek to fit guild standards. So here you go:

Teshashi
A master of mental combat and phycic abilities.

Moves:

Telechanisis (hope thats spelled right) - Come on, you know. The ability to move and controll objects with ones mind. This does not give the user the ability to read minds (Stupid X-Men stare ) though being able to sence other mental presence is possible. The user can pic up virtually anything as long its within their mental capasity of concentration. The larger the object, the harder the strain on your brain (hey, that rhyms) and to much stain can cause seriouse brain damage (Stupid Grog). With enough power, one can change curve, slightly change the direction of, ed maybe even stop an attack temporaraly (this of course is difficult, but n00bs will end up saying they stop it like nothing and turn the attack around untill I jump in, slap the s**t outa them, rape their mama, rade the fridge, and explain to them how stupid they are.) Players can be stoped with this, but holding another fighter in your mental grasp takes some seriouse mental power and chances are they break lose in a matter of seconds unless your that damn powerfull.

Ok, this next one's kinda cheap. But evil is cheap, and it is easily dispelled.

Assailing Projection- The user makes a projection of him/herself than stays in that one spot it was created and continues doing what the person was doing.

Ex. If the player where to use Kamehameha, then while the wave was traveling or being countered by another attack, say another wave, the user could then do the Assailing Projection. The user would move away and leave behind a mental projection of him/herself still doing the attack. So if he/she fired a Kamehameha and it collided with an Eraser Gun, he/she would leave and the copy would still be firing and holding that Kamehameha as if the user was still holding him/herself, still pouring energy into it to kep it going and holding back the Eraser gun. The user could then fly over to the other side of his/her opponent who is currently occipied holding back the Kamehameha with his/her Eraser Gun and the user is free to, oh I don't know, fire another Kamehameha at the enemy.

However, this puts a seriouse mental straight on the user and on their power level. Their mental projection is still firing off their attack and its still consuming their energy, just as if they were firing it themselves. So if the user did fire a Kamehameha to counter the Eraser Gun, used the Assailing Projection to keep that Kamehameha going, and decided to fire another Kamehameha at the enemy from behind, that user is now fuling two seprate Kamehameha waves, not to mention fuling the first one so that it stalemates the Eraser Gun. So what was the energy strain of a 1.5 Kamehameha (lets say its .5 more energy to fight another wave) is now the energy strain of 2.5 Kamehameha waves, plus the strain of making and keeping the projection in place. This is very draining and can only be maintained for so long, even by the strongest of warriors. At the most a strong user can have two projections out firing Kamehamehas for a very short time, and probbaly won't be able to do much after they have disapeared. Now if they were to use the projection to do something weak like a volly of ki blasts, obviously it won't be as draining as a Kamehameha, but you get the picture. The projections can be destroyed by simply hitting them either with a physical of ki attack, and with no real effort. I mean, you could chuck a rock at the damn thing and it'll disapear, thus ending its continuouse attack.

and finaly, the most randome of them all, and prbably my favorite cause of my luck. I found a use for the Gaia dice.

Arbitrary Assult- The user takes time to charge this move, puting themselves in a state of mental concentraiton. They push their mind to do things it doesn't even know how to do, causing a randome effect. The user rolls a nince sided die and depending on the number they roll, they do a randome attack. There are nine different attacks that I will come up with and assing a number, all of them are hella weak exept for one which is hella strong. Anything other than that one number (7) will give them either a weak attack, a self damaging attack (its not really an attack since your hurting yourself and not the opponent), or a semi cool, but semi useless attack.

Ex. Lets say I assing something like energy drain to the number three. If they roll a three, about a quarter of their energy will be drained This is a seld damaging attack. Lets say I assing something like image clone to 9, if they roll a nine, three images of the user apear who can do no damage at all, but look like the real thing and can move as individuals (kinda like the clones in Naruto) and give off your power signature. This is semi cool, but semi useless. All it can do if fake out your opponent who can't snece which one is real since they all give off the same power reading you do. But one tap and they disapear. Not revy usefull at all. And lets say I assing somthing like Mysthery beam to number 5. If they roll five, they mire a weird looking beam at the opponent that's about as powerfull as a Dodon Ray. This would be the weak attack. There might even be some support attacks assinged to the other numbers like speed up or blurr effect of super acute sences or dumb stuff like that. And then number seven is like some ultra cool blast thing that hurts like hell.

I'm not saying these are the things I'm gonna assign to the numbers, these are just examples to show you what I mean.

Well, thats what I have so far for one of the new H.F.I.L. masters. Please feel free to comment on them as you like and slap me in the face with what you don't agree with.

Might as well throw in something to make it "original"

Johnny

Human

Location: Johnny is located on Earth, of course, and lives in the center of the woods near Central City.

Techs: Johnny only teaches 2 moves. First off:

Destruction attack: The attack is green, and in essence somewhat stronger than the Frieza beam, if used correctly. The attack has a medium speed and is rather wide. The charge time is pretty short.

Enigmatic Wave: This is a rather fun technique and somewhat original *cough cough*. First the user rises his fist, then throws it forward. At first you'll see a green flicker of lightning around the entire arm. Then, you'll see electricty heading towards your opponent very slowly. At short range, it will temporary shock your opponent with the same electricity emitted from eye beams (DB wise not DBZ wise). At long range, this is where it gets confusing, hench the name Enigmatic* Wave (Enigma).
As the ball travels towards you opponent, he/she'll most likely dodge and then laugh at you. However, the ball will turn around and turn into a stronger and much faster wave. If it hits, well, it's gonna hurt of course. If it misses, then dodge.
In order to perform this technique, you must have some good mental health so you can maintain the form and then have it switch back to hit your opponent. Oh, just a note:
In order for the ball to rebound you must throw your hand backwards.

Description/Bio/Personality/History: Johnny is the regular human, besides him using ki of course. He is a good guy but extremely strict. He also likes coffee. That is how Robby met up with the guy. Robby just walked into a coffee shop and talked with the guy. Very linear of course, but it payed off immensly. But that's beside the point, Johnny mastered ki at age 32 and started training random strangers that showed aprreciation to ki. Although, he also trained evil people only so he could further more understand himself. He was good, yet greedy. Enigmatic Wave is currently his new attack and is willing to teach anybody the technique that have the will to do it.

Telekenisis

This is used by Frieza and allows basically anything from throwing rocks to throwing people around like a rag doll. It doesn't exert alot of your energy but requires alot of mental training to execute perfectly. To make it more balanced there are 4 levels

Level 1
You can throw things ranging from small items to a boulder
Level 2
You can pick up people but that's all and you can pick up larger objects
Level 3
You can throw people and larger objects
Level 4
Perfected
Truly, lots of fighters demonstrated one form of telekenieses or another at some point. Off the top of my head I know that Captain Ginyu used it to make the Dragonballs come toward him. It seems, however, that it isn't telekenieses proper--that is, the ability to control objects purely by mental thought--but more of an extention of the flight technique Bukujutsu (literally meaning "Air Dance") that the fighters in DB/Z/GT use to lift themselves up.

In Dragonball, General Blue seems to exhibit some sort of mind-over-matter power, using a mental attack to swing Goku around (This is the battle where Bulma uses Irome, btw). I've seen this attack called "psychokenises" on some attack lists.

Anyway, a full on, full power telekenetic at peak power would have the power to rearange an object's molecular structure with his or her mind. So, for example, they could turn you into a furry, purple-spotted, deck chair with teeth if they so chose.

I'm not saying that your submission is wrong or that you should change it, I'm just saying.
This was my answer to Robby's request for telekenieses. Concievably, every fighter already on could use some simple form of it, (extension of flight used to lift small, non-moving objects at a slow speed) and the telekenieses at a molecular level is way too powerful to think about. Still, I'm denying your request simply because another sort of move will be taught that's like telekenieses. It's already been assaigned as a good-guy move. (It was originally going to be a power-up, but I'm making it a technique.)

I guess so....I know what you mean, but work on phrasing it better so n00bs don't take this as Split Form sans the power-halving. It's like after-images that can hold attacks for a limited time, right?

1) awwww, now I have to come up with another phycic attack sad

2) Yeah, its like an after image than can hold an attack for a limited time. Though I'm not sure how to rephrase it, but I'll try.

3) I know, as I stated, its my favorite. Now all I need to do is find out what I'm gonna assign to each number. Any suggestions homies?

Anybody got any ideas on what I should do for replacing telekenisis?
PostPosted: Sun Jan 08, 2006 6:06 pm

How about we have attacks that help out others in battle? These will help everyone in battle at the same time but it will also leave the person doing it defenseless. It will because to activate these techniques the person has to stay still for the duration of the technique and will be an obvious target for the enemy seeing that a chain of ki energy will extend from the characters body and connecting to other teammates. When the number is moe than 10 the number than turns to 2.#

The points needed to learn all of the techniques can and will probably changed

1st.

Courage boost- The character that uses his technique increases all of the chosen to increase their power level by 1.# of teir original power levels. The # will be decided by the gaia dice system of a maximum of 4( of course, I stole the idea). A blue ki energy extends from the person to the teammates

each level above it will increase the maximum # by 4
Ex.
1st level- 4sided dice
2nd level- 8 sided dice
3rd level- 12 sided dice...and so on

Points needed to learn
1st level-2,000
2nd level-4,000
3rd level-6,000

2nd.

Communication link.

Just a simple move that will connect everyones minds together so stargeties can be thought without the enemie knowing what was going to happen. A green ki energy comes from the person and connects to others

1st-500

3rd.

Pure revelance.

Lowers the opponants power level by 1.#which will be dicided by dice also just like courage boost but to make this not so cheap the character that used this will have there power level lowered by twice the amount of what the opponent lost. The persons power level can only go to the lowest of one. a white ki energy comes from the character and cvonnects to others
EX
1st-4 sided dice
2nd- 8 sided dice..so on and so on

Points needed to learn the techniques
1st level 2,050
2nd level 4,100
3rd level 6,150

4th
Mirror concentration

This will be the strongest of these techniques. This technique amplifies all ki blasts into one stronger blast. It works by all teammates firing their ki blasts at the character and then all of the ki blasts get focused and their powers are combined as well as taking a another 1.# increase, but this time the first level is ad-12 and doubles. The draw back is that after this technique is used, the character blacks out and get be used until the following day. A yellow ki enrgy """

Ex
1st level D-12
2nd level D-18
3rd level D-24

Points needed
1st 3,000
2nd 6,000
3rd 9,000

5th
A rememberance from the past
(Life infusion)

This technique allows the character to bring back someone who just died. ( not from naruto rolleyes )) This technique is probably going to be rto cheap but there are some rules for it. 1st level when this technique is used, the character dies basically switching his life with the person who died. 2nd level when this technique is used the character as the 4th technique, the character is koed for the rest of the day. 3rd level is when the character can bring back someone who just died without any side affects. Every level after take the example of the one before it exept the affects are increased

Ex 4th level, the person wbrings back 2 characters but dies
5th level, the person can bring back two but is koed...so on and so on

Points need
1st 8,000
2nd 12,000
3rd 16,000
4th 20,000

*sigh* I don't want a dice-themed combat system. Either Dak's or Will's goes through. Both of you decide who or work on some combo of the ideas.
