i havnt a clue what size this is but i can change the size. just tell wether the width or the height needs to change.

Far too big.
You need to know how to resize to exactly the right amount of pixels, as like I said in the first post, only 200x40 and 88x31 banners will be accepted, so it's no good not knowing the size of something.
