Hey guys. I am going to be putting up a single thread RP soon for recruiting purposes, but also for recruiting purposes in another idea I had:
For new people to just come into this guild now, it may be a trying task. There are so many cool characters and thought the RP has been so intense and interesting, I do not think new members want to weed through all of the current members posts to know what has been going on so far. I am sure all of you would like to be apart of the recap for new members so if you guys could PM me a recap of all of your characters so far, it'd be very helpful. Take the recap of your characters from whenever you'd like. This recap shall be up once I get the single thread RP going and once I get all members to give me summaries of each of your characters. Thank you!

So you're proposing a summary of characters rather than a summary of events?
I like that idea, because we'll share the job rather than one or two of us trying to collaborate on summarizing everything that's happened so far.

I know I need to send that to you but... ._. My summer job starts next week... And it's the same as last summer. At a summer camp. 6 out of the 7 days in a week. ._. It's just kinda distracted me.

Okay guys.... I know it is tough and hard for some of you to get on.... but some of you guys literally need to give me 10 minutes tops of your time to give me the important events of what happened to your characters.... I really hate to say this... but LoSI is starting to die once again and if we don't get more members and more active around here there is no point... so please members who haven't.... send me your character summaries.....

I sent the PM, but would it be more practical for the character summaries to be in a thread where each member could make a post for his or her character him/herself? That way, they could go back and edit the post as the character develops.

No... I am just getting your character summaries so I can summarize important individual AND major events as a whole for new members. Thank you everyone though.

Well I think it may be important that we do three things regarding this information:
1) Most definitely post it somewhere here in the guild that is easily accessible and keep it rigorously updated.
2) Post the same summary in the recruitment thread; it makes more sense to post it at the beginning of the thread but towards the end is okay as well, perhaps recruitment wouldn't be so daunting to new comers if our thread's post count were a little smaller.
3) We need to work on that single thread rp ASAP. I've been scouting the barton town forum for talents or people that may seem interested but to no end since I think we need to give them a feel for LoSI.

... And my crazy home life is now becoming crazy camp life... ._. I'm leaving to move to job in less than a hour and I'm not entirely convinced I have everything I need packed yet...
Anyway, I won't have internet except on Saturday evenings during the 24 hours I have off (Saturday noon-ish until Sunday noon-ish). It will be like this until the late half of August.
... Sorry I haven't been around the past few days... Trying to hang out with friends before leaving, packing, dealing with siblings NOT packing, and other crazies left me little or no time for me to do anything with Gaia. I'll try to get on every weekend but no guarantees. This week is odd that I might have internet on Thursday because my cousin's getting married on Saturday and I need to leave early for that. (She's getting married in Pittsburg... ._. I live less than a hour from Harrisburg. It's a LONG drive...)
[And I'm really sorry Dr. Clean, I really had no time to think about Alma much. Heck, I haven't really thought about her until just now.... ._. Failing in progress]
