hit ctrl+alt+delete
go to the "program" tab
end the program (the window with the rickroll)
If that doesn't work, go to the "processes" tab
end the process called "iexplorer"
WARNING: do NOT end the process called "explorer" --
if you do that, you will majorly ******** up your computer,
and you'll need to restart.
If you can't follow any of this,
just restart the computer.
Seriously.

did you try restarting? yup it did nothing. Thankfully I have firefox and explorer, so I just uninstalled firefox 3nodding
