Kekkei Genkei
Musumeian Wujigan- The eyes of the Omikami clan, the wujigan, takes on several different forms. The Musumeian Wujigan is its most powerful form. It increases the user's ability to see, wield yin-yang chakra, and increase reaction time so that the things around him/her appear slower by activating electrokinesis to its full extent. It also isn't until this form of ocular jutsu that one can fight using hiraken (flash fist). This involves a series of lightning-fast attacks that have the effect of weakening the bio-kinetic life force of a target.
Background
9 years ago, Jatai was visiting his grandfather, Enenra Omikami. Nearing the end of his visit, a group of Leaf jonin broke into the small house, and killed Enenra. Before trying to kill Jatai, Jatai unleashed Kuroiana and killed all except one. After the event, Jatai continued progress in the Leaf village, but grew up despising the village, craving revenge. Eventually, he became a Leaf Anbu, along with his teammate, Sal Uchiha. Then, Jatai rebelled against the Leaf, confronting Sal, and eventually escaping. He joined the Akatsuki, and had several confrontations with his old teammate. Jatai eventually formed a small team outside the Akatsuki, and went on one final attempt to destroy the Leaf. It ended with Jatai killing one of the elders, at the cost of his small team. While, the Leaf recovered, Jatai went and became a ninja at Uzugakure. He learned, through his experience at the Leaf that the ninja who attacked Enenra were ninja from a special order outside the Leaf's control.
Eventually war formed between the Omikami clan and the Toyouke Clan. At the end the third Uzukage died and Jatai became the fourth. He vowed to bring peace to the ninja world. He formed Ariake with his new teammates Link and Insane. Ariake was meant to bring forth Enenra's dream of Kanzen Sekai. After the formation of Ariake, Jatai went in search for his older twin brother, Kitsune, to join Kanzen Sekai with him. Against Jatai's intention, the two staged a great battle. The result being Kitsune's joining of Kanzen Sekai. Reunited with his brothers, Zaroh and Kitsune, Jatai prepared for a battle with the rogues that threatened his peace-bound, Kanzen Sekai.
Months passed and the conflict between Ariake and the Akatsuki was still strong. However, during a point amidst the seemingly endless battles, Jatai withdrew from the battlegrounds. His Musumeian Wujigan, spotted a disruption, by sensing life-forces that were outside the dimension they were in, yet still close enough to be in range of his vision. Jatai was baffled by this. An altering in time and space where life forms could exist, that was impossible for it to be anywhere close to them, was in range of his vision. Eventually, Jatai's ocular abilities continued to sense the disruption, as it grew stronger and stronger. Merely days later, he received a notice from a messenger who surveyed the most recent battlefield. A group of mysterious shinobi that appeared out of nowhere had entered the battlefield and slaughtered both sides of the battlefield. These shinobi were the Isshido, who were the life forces Jatai had sensed amidst the battling. Isshido revealed itself to be not only anti-Kanzen Sekai but anti-peace. Isshido planned on wiping out the entire ninja world. Knowing that even the Akatsuki strive for peace, Jatai finds himself pondering whether or not to have Ariake join forces with the Akatsuki in order to battle Isshido.
